My grandma was there and she passed away from neglect. Strep throat during covid and not treated.

Visited that place once for work. Really terrible. Some residents smelled like urine and clearly required a higher level of care than was provided. The common room was dark and in bad condition. A pab openly talked about the lousy working conditions (not blaming the pab, just saying that it confirms how bad the place is). Would never put my loved ones in this place.

Jài un membre de ma famille qui est là depuis trois semaines et malade et personne a part la préposée et la femme de ménage est entré dans sa chambre afin de lui parler comment il allait et il est tres souffrant , Nous fesons en notre pouvoir de le sortir de la`au plus vite , p.s . Ne fournisse meme pas le papier de toilette , Ce nest pas du tout un 4 étoiles comme mentionner , Super , super décu .
