Shipped with them recently and I must say, while the response may not be asap. They do reply in a timely manner. I called and didn't get through and they returned my call. They also answered my many questions as a 1st time shipper. My items are in transit so will update when they have reached the destination. But overall I would use them again

They do not answer calls. Speak in unprofessional tones. Dont take responsibility for mistakes. Assure customers that they will not make idiot mistakes but imput the wrong contact number. Had I check reviews before booking I would never have chosen this company.

Worst people to do business with, they don't return calls or text. When you do get them they are rude and ignorant took two weeks to get my barrel back from them. They dropped it behind their business and called me and told me where it was. Very unprofessional

The wrong contact number was on the paper work. I provided 3 contact numbers and not 1 was listed. I guess you just pull phone numbers out of thin air. My barrels where ready on December 13th. I was only informed on the 21st after contacting RSD myself that I could pick them up. Also why am I blocked on what's app? Clearly I made a mistake choosing this company.

DO NOT SHIP WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!! Very unprofessional, condescending and rude. Once they pick up your shipment and collect your money, you are on your own! Their receiver in Jamaica is even worse. They are not honest with their billing practices and over charge you without providing any explanation for their fees. This process is stressful and costly as it is, you don't need a company adding to this. There are much better companies out there that deserve your business.

Lol I wouldnt call these guys a company. Very unorganized , and have their phones off constantly. Finally get through, they have no answers, no help, however were friendly . Why I gave them 1 star instead of none
