Renault Captur 0.9 TCE approved used.Asa was professional, polite and helpful. Happy to answer any questions and sorted the sale promptly, worked well with husband colleague Manny who was also very helpful. Would recommend them if you are considering purchasing a used (or new!) Renault.

From the moment I entered the showroom just to have a look, I was made to feel welcome by Adam, who, though I had not made an appointment, took me on a test drive in a Clio E-tech, explaining how to drive a hybrid so clearly that, although I had meant just to enquire that day and usually take ages to decide anything, I ended up ordering one before leaving! It arrived in less than a month. On collection day, Adam explained everything patiently, clearly and unhurriedly. He even came out to my house that evening with a folder I'd forgotten, and patiently answered yet more questions that I'd thought of in the meantime. Had been putting off getting a new car as I thought it would be hassling, but John Banks ensured that it was anything but.

Got my first EV from John Banks, very nice experience compared to my previous purchases from big 2nd hand car chains. Was seen by Adam and Asa who were very kind and explained everything in detail, told about extra products but no extreme pressure to buy like in other places. The vehicle is performing 5 stars so far, very impressed with John Banks. Would certainly be a return costumer. Thanks
