These guys are tripping, tons of bakery items missing whenever i visit this location. Near empty display case with a couple donuts of the worst flavors in it. It's like they hate money lol

The staff is amazing, bubbly and kind at this location. They did not hesitate or get annoyed when we asked some questions on how to ask for a drink made a specific way next time and they fixed their one mistake quick and efficiently. They are training their staff very well at this location and we appreciated how kind they where!

Super confuse staff, they don’t know what they doing, I’ve waited for someone to take my order over 10 minutes even there was no lineup, they were busy with their drive through ordersAt the end my order was wrong, not so friendly stuff.Ps.See your other negative reviews, I’m not the only one complaining, staff that work there are not friendly at all, waiting time is awful they don’t care that there is a line up

Ordered meeting supplies, urn of coffee, 12 donuts, hot choc and accessories and all were ready for pickup on time and even helped me to vehicle with the products. Well done! Thx!

I have been through both the drive through and ordered in store. They have NEVER been able to get an order right the first time (hence my in-store attempt) and the manager swore at my sister when they were unable to fulfill her order and had to issue a refund. This is by far the worst Tim Hortons I've been to: service is consistently poor, they are understaffed and rude. Unfortunately it's the only Tim's in the area, so I guess they feel they can do a poor job and people will continue to visit.

Pro: fastest drive thru experience ever today!Con: my coffee with 2M 1S tastes like water. Kind of like when you forget to put the coffee pod in the Keurig and it ends up being watery milk with an almost non-existent remnant of coffees past.I almost always get coffee at McDonalds, but today I really wanted a Tim's Boston cream donut. I think I'll stick with McCafe.

Sunday night and they make people wait 20 minutes. They do the trick where they don't take orders until they are ready so it doesn't look bad for them but the line is out to the road.It wasn't busy and we still had issues. They girl had me repeat my order several times. When I got the chili home it had no cheese, which I asked for, it looked like it was half eaten, and the gave me a half bin that looked like someone bit it. No butter.Was I given someone's half eaten lunch?

It was always a little slow but it's really gone down hill in the last month. The weekday morning staff is still great but outside that it seems like most of the employees hate their job and couldn't care less. It truly is a shame because it once was great.

The night shift is normally the same group of girls who do not make half the things correct. At 7 pm tonight I ordered an ice cap with chocolate milk and when asking her if it was made with such she said yes very rudely knowing it infact WAS not that it was then did not fix my order or refund me. If they don’t know the difference between chocolate milk and cream you should hire new staff.
