Bakerview Housing Co-Op
I have lived at Bakerview Housing Co-op for 8 years. I am happy here. I like my neighbours and I can have pets. It's so hard to find rental accommodation that takes pets! We are currently undergoing a multimillion dollar major renovation, inside and out. We have fenced yards and also Commons pace. Lots of trees and a community building. We all help out at the co-op, about 4 hours a month, to keep the costs down. Share purchase required, refundable upon move out with no damage. I enjoy living here!

Horrible place workers don't clean up after them selves going on 2 years of renovations now and still aren't close to being done got our bike stolen because they took our fence down and didn't put it back up

This co-op has been a great place for my family. Affordable and clean and quiet. They are even renovating! An affordable and long-term option in a crazy housing market.
