Got a quote from Dan back in April for May service. I have been calling every week since May. It has been 4 weeks and every time I will get an answer that they don't do scheduling but they will give me a call back for the schedule. I have not receive any of that for four weeks. And this was after 4 times every week calling them since most of time they don't pick up their phone or response to my voice mail. When Dan was here, he seemed to be a decent guy and informative. I am sure he is good and they are very busy with their work. But the least they can do is not leaving me hanging. Telling me that they are busy and may not have time doesn't require skill or courage to do. It only takes some of the sense of taking responsibility. Now my lawn is getting yellow. The reason I didn't call other sprinkler services was I trusted them. But not anymore after this whole trying to get response mess. Switched to other sprinkler services and it was quick and responsive. Got a schedule right on the call and received text messages on when they will come. Giving two stars for only the getting the quote experience.

I've used Foster for 2 years now on starting up and Fall shutdown. I've also had them Change sprinkler heads and relocate some also. Both times they were absolutely wonderful to deal with. THey did the extra work quickly and while here. and were very reasonably priced. I'd recommend them to anyone needing sprinkler system work.

Women I spoke to on the phone was nice, but then she called back and cancelled my appointment because the owner said he was too busy to blow out sprinkler systems that he didn't install. Was planning on redoing the whole system in the spring as my current system was installed poorly from previous home owner, I suppose another company will be happy to take my money.

The most informative, professional and best value of three companies I spoke to. The crew also did a beautiful job of installation and cleanup. Highly recommend!

Winterization was great last year. But I couldn’t find online again so I scheduled with another company. When they called about scheduling a winterization appointment I apologized and said I had scheduled with another provider, and it would not be fair to them to cancel (since they had accommodated my schedule). Once I said I scheduled with another company she got very angry, demanded to know who. The. when I inquired about possible work her company could do (like redoing my zones) she continued with rude behavior. Sort of shocking behavior for a company over a 65 dollar sprinkler blow out but whatever. I wouldn’t have even written the review if she was any where close progressional.

Before I wrote my review, I looked at the others. The communication back and forth was very good. E-mail was better than calling, but even calls were answered in a reasonable time (24 hours in high season). They installed my system 10 plus years ago and have winterized it every year. I get a reminder card or call and leave a message and without extensive communication it gets done and I am billed. Simple.This year I had a fire in my garage. I keep my pump (withdraw water from my lake) and control box in my garage. All were damaged by the fire. I called during high season, they got me on the schedule based on the reconstruction work schedule, came to evaluate what they would need to do and came back as scheduled and rewired, reinstalled and assured the system was up an running. They made a challenging situation seem seamless.As a long term customer with high expectations of quality and service. They deliver.

I would highly recommend foster irrigation. Got new sprinkler system installed. Don was very professional and knowledgeable. Don and his crew did an excellent job.

I was really happy to see Don and his crew. They were on time, took care of the sprinklers, replaced heads under warranty and answered my questions about a future project. They are busy because they are good, so if you are looking for an install or service I would call to get on the calendar as soon as possible.

I first used Foster Irrigation back in 1995. Don and his crew installed a new system. The installation was great and the price was very reasonable.Over the years, Don and his crew have serviced that property and now take care of my other property. Their knowledge of sprinkler systems is incredible. They provide great service and you can't go wrong using Foster Irrigation.

I have called Foster Irrigation several times on a couple different occasions for service work and, although they promise to return my call, they have failed to do so. I'm not sure how you can be successful running a business that practices poor customer service. I'll find someone else to do my work.
