Canadian Tire

I have had two horrible experiences there. The latest one was the worst and I'm never taking my car there again. I went for a tire change over as I thought I'd give em another chance after they broke a part that didn't need to be worked on on my previous car and made me pay for it. Anyhow, the tire change over went the worst way possible,it was on a new car to me, had just left the car dealer a month prior and drove perfectly ($30000 car), went for a tire change over and after over an hour working on it they say, we need to order new wheel bolts (German car) three hours later they tell me it's ready. Never tried to charge me for the replacement part as they completely ruined my hub assembly" because their apprentice must have Nascared it in there so hard that they couldn't get it out without breaking the hub assembly. Drove the car and was pulling so hard right out of the parking lot

Shopping at this location is hit or miss for both stock and service.I suggest checking stock levels on the website before going. If it says less than 3 in stock, assume its not available.There are staff at this location that I will avoid when I can due to the fact that they seem to hate their jobs and it comes across when they are serving customers.I gave 3 stars because when I need something that they do have in stock the location is convenient and the prices are good.

Canadian tire is a good store been shopping here for 20 years. Issue i have is with there loss prevention and security team as they discriminate and racialy profile against native americans, i came in the store yesterday may, 21, 2023 with my wife to go to the garden center to get soil. As soon as we entered we were followed around the whole time even all the way to the cashier as we payed. I understand that theft is bad but theres better ways of doing your job more professionally and dont judge a book by its cover. Made me and my wife sick and will not be coming back here for a good while. Hopefully canadian tire does not support this behavior, and does not promote there security to act this way towards customers.

Very clean and organized store as well as easy to find what you're looking for. The staff is knowledgeable about products and where to find them. Great for vehicle parts and other vehicle items, camping supplies,tools kitchen and even sporting goods it's the go to store for almost everything evening cleaning and laundry supplies. It can be a bit pricey so watch for they're sales flyer they always have really good sales on really good products.

The auto guys were extremely nice and helpful. When I came in with a concern yesterday, they didn't make me feel silly and promptly came out to take a look at my car and help me determine if I had anything to worry about after having bottomed out hard earlier in the day. They were able to easily see that the drip I was worried about was just water from my AC.

Have shopped at this location in past but today wasn't pleasant. Almost 5 steps into the store, the security person busy reading something tells me from behind to deposit my back pack at customer service. Walking through the aisles to go to customer service now, another sales person lady asks from behind same thing asks me if I was looking for something and walks me over to customer service. By this time, I just didn't want to shop no more and rather preferred to leave, really I was enroute to file my taxes with HR Block next door and had my backpack with all my documents, I didn't come to shoplift with all your obvious cameras and digital radars. Felt like so with the approach of your team members! Now the 3rd sales person at customer desk shows me the sign behind of the backpack policy and says a loud Thank you as I leave! Woof I came to buy a drain opener and left with the most nasty service experience. Tone of voice & approach of your team members needs some polishing! I'll never come back to this store but go to Hillside if I have to, not the nicest or most welcoming people to deal with!

Although we didn't find what we were looking for, the store was amazing, any staff we encountered were more than willing to assist us in finding something we were looking for or something equivalent.And as always, the garden center was an absolute delight to walk through. Well cared for plants, knowledgeable staff who are not afraid to let you know if they don't know about the plant. They work as a team to try and help you find the answer to what you're looking for or asking about. The pricesare reasonable and the assortment is quite varied. There's a bound to be something for everyone.

I had awesome service by Shar and Nick in the garden centre. Such helpful people when it comes to trees and shrub replanting and what zones match which species of tree.Also got my hot peppers here and a lot of my veggie plants!Thanks for all your help!
