Coach Stewart - Swim Smart

I first started with Coach Stewart in June 2020 when I was looking for help with my open water swimming. I was told about Coach Stewart by a few friends who had used his services in the past. While I was swimming with Coach Stewart during the summer his team (which are also previous students) were able to help me achieve what I wanted to do during his classes and more. He also held a Mini Tri series which Is what I am currently training for so this was a big plus for me.I am currently working towards being more efficient and work on my technique, hoping it will help me achieve my goal of completing my first Ironman Race in the next 2-5 years.I am currently taking his Level 4 class and will be taking the master classes soon. Efficient, organized, and supportive - I had a pleasure of having both Stewart and Oscar as my indoor/outdoor swim and triathlon coaches and boy, they really challenged me. Despite the injury, I was able to finish my very first Ironman race last year. Without their guidance and support, it would’ve been a very difficult journey on my own. High quality swim coaching that can take you from no swimmer to a long distance swimmer. Great approach with focus on the swimming technic and efficiency. I have swam both open water courses and indoor with Coach Stewart. Encouraging, organized, great technique feedback. Gives workouts for during the week between sessions. Excellent swim coach.

I have been swimming with Stewart since 2013 when I had my first open water course. Highly recommend the indoor and outdoor classes, if you are unsure of your level just ask Stewart. I also got the chance to be part of Oscar and Joseph classes, great experiences as well. The fact that courses sell out quickly speak volumes.

Just finished Coach Stewart's intro to open water swimming course - previous to starting the course, I couldn't have imagined swimming the distance I'm able to swim now. Thanks to his support, amazing instruction, and focus on the right techniques for you at whatever skill level you're at, anyone who's looking to improve their swimming would 100% benefit from his coaching.
