We had a good customer experience at the store. Ayesha was very friendly and guided us very well through the process. We were actually very confused but she was calm and gentle and helped out well.

Rented a tux for my son's wedding, when I picked it the shoulder pads were all bent up by the cheap metal coat hangers they store them on and the manager told he it'll be fine just steam them."45 minutes of taking the pads out of the jacket and working them to look ok.I won't be renting here again."

I was looking for a rental suit last minute, and found this place by google.I called in advance and they said they had all sizes available and can accommodate my urgent request. Upon arrival, i was greeted by Alisha and she was very through and went through all the options with me. She helped me to pick the tuxedo i wanted to attend for my best friend's wedding. She was very detail oriented and her service was superb. I highly recommend coming to here and work with Alisha.

I'm a woman and always thought tux vests looked super cool, but was a bit embarrassed to wear one. The people at Black & Lee made me feel incredibly welcome, and I am beyond happy with how my outfit ended up looking on me. Plus, they were getting rid of old stock, so I got a really good deal - saved me having to fuss over returning a rental.

This is one of the best place for rentals! I rented my sons suit for Ring Bearer for my older son’s wedding and OMG he looked fantastic. Ayesha was very helpful in dressing my little guy for his brothers wedding as a ring bearer. Highly recommend this place for rentals

Our experience was first class in every respect. The quality of the suit was excellent and Anna was professional, attentive and did an excellent job of fitting and tailoring the suit.Ayesha Fareeda was incredible and helpful.Mike was also a pleasure to deal with. They all do everything they can to make the customer happy.

I had the greatest experience renting a suit today! The staff were all super friendly and accommodating. Their turn around is amazing as well - they offered same day rental today! I will definitely be back in future.

My family and I had an amazing experience at Black & Lee. Mariam and Mike were awesome in helping us find the right suits for the wedding. They were patient, provided plenty of suggestions, answered all our questions, and were able to pinpoint what would work with what etc. for the wedding party. We are extremely thankful for their help and we will be returning in the future. Thank you Mariam and Mike!
