This is a great store with great staff. They are very knowledgeable, friendly and kind. Yes, I said kind. How often do you hear that about an electronics store - or ANY store for that matter?About 7 years ago I moved to Welland from Toronto (Thank God!) after the move I needed a small part for a computer upgrade that I was working on. I found the store on Google and away I went. When i got there I explained to the employee what I needed and he came back a few seconds later, showed me the connector and and if that was what I needed. I said it was, and as I was taking my wallet out I asked how much the part was and he said Don't worry about" Although the part was probably less than a dollar - he GAVE it to me.Now

Great experience here at Online Electronics! Doug was extremely helpful in troubleshooting my PC. Explained everything, parts, cost and time to deliver the completed task.

Had dealt with this store in the past so felt pretty confident when purchasing an android box for daughter's Christmas. Lots of android boxes are available under $100. but I wanted to make sure she got a quality item with a reputable business in case there were any problems. Paid $225 and was told warranty and free updates for a year. Last week she took it in for updates and it wouldn't work properly after that. Took it back it and was told too bad, the box is dead, contact mygica yourself....so much for customer service.She has contacted mygica and was told they won't honor the warranty because whoever did the updates (online electronics) caused the problem.Took it back into the store and spoke to him myself. They're not at all interested in the fact that their updates are what caused the problem. Finally offered to try and send it back to mygica during which we would wait several weeks for a box that we'd paid more than double the going rate for.So my advice is to just buy the cheaper box in the first place, when it dies you can just throw it away and only be out $80. instead of the $225. And if you currently have one of his boxes beware of taking it in for an update because he certainly won't stand behind it if they mess it up.

Love this place don't know what the lady with the andriod box is talking about bought 2 mygica boxes and have had nothing but great service. Also huge selection of computers by far best service anywhere. Doug and Jeff Rock!!

I was restoring a very early 2000s computer, it had a sticker on the front from here. I was really disappointed to see a price tag sticker in between the cpu and heat sink. It had what looked like a product number on it rather than a price. It was so melted to the cpu it had to be scraped off, not all would come off. I’ve always thought your store put out quality work, but to see this was very surprising. These orange price tag style stickers were all over the inside of the PCReply- It worked, but it ran insanely hot and loud. This is why I took the heat sink off, figured the paste had dried. It was most definitely an orange price tag style sticker, you could still read the part number that was printed on there. Why am I leaving a one star review? Because as you said the orange sticker should not be there, it’s a serious indicator of sloppy work. I’m sorry if that’s not worth a one star review I don’t know what is.

Fantastic service for computer repairs.

Amazing customer service and all around great employee. This store is all about the people and getting repairs done. Owner was more than welcoming, understanding and truly looking to fix issues rather than sell or haggle you for products. If I could give 6/5 I would. Great store, great techs.

We have been working with Jeff and Doug and Online Electronics for over 20 years. They have always provided excellent sales guidance, tech support and fantastic support for repairs and upgrades. They have provided our business with CAD stations and servers to keep us running, and family with the school PC's and Chromebooks the kids have needed, always at fair pricing with great service. Without a doubt the best in the Region.
