Bravo used to be a wonderful dance studio. The previous owner worked hard to create a business they could be proud of. Since the new owners have taken over, it has been nothing but a nightmare. The new owners clearly have no idea how to run a business. From the fundraisers being complete unorganized disasters, to zero communication with parents, this will thankfully be mine and many other families last year at Bravo. My daughter was in 2 classes, and lost her instructor with two weeks left. Because of this, the recital was chaos. Many changes were made to routines they had been working on all year, so when it came to the recital the girls in both classes had no idea what they were doing. This was disappointing, as they had worked hard all year. It was also embarrassing for my daughter. The recital was an absolute nightmare, and completely unorganized. We were at TCU place from 9:30am until 5pm on Mothers Day. A long day for young girls, with nothing to keep them entertained for the 4+ hours they were expected to wait backstage. To say I’m thankful this season is over is an understatement. We look forward to continuing our dance journey at another studio - I suggest you do the same!

We had three dancers at BDC during the 2022/23 season and would say that it was their best season yet! Their confidence and love for dance has grown tremendously, and they developed so many new friendships. There was never a moment that they didn’t want to go to dance and as a mom that makes my heart happy. We are so looking forward to returning next season- the girls are already talking about it!

This was our 3rd year at Bravo with this being our first full season.I was actually hesitant on signing up for a full season based on our experiences during the past mini sessions we did, but once I heard there were new owners, I decided to give it a go. SO glad I did. My daughter loved it and is already asking when the next season starts. The new owners were so easy to talk to any time I had a question or concern. I would email them or ask at the studio and always got answers in timely manner. Communication by email and google classroom was good and I always felt in the loop about what was happening. The key is to make sure to have their email address set to Safe so they don't go to your junk mail and to also use Google Classroom. Can't blame lack of communication on owners if you don't have those setup.Yes, the recital being at TCU on Mother's Day was unfortunate, but that was beyond the new owners control as the previous owners had booked and signed the contract and they had to uphold previous commitments.Looking forward to next season and watching my daughter have a blast.

Loved our class that was cancelled the end of October due to low numbers (which it was so understandable). Instructor was great and she loved class. But, we still haven’t received our costume deposit back or reimbursement for payment in November they took in error. We filed with the credit card company after no response for 7 days and still waiting. Our account shows we owe money but should be in the positive since we did fall fundraisers and shows we owe for classes until this spring for our cancelled class. Great instructors but unorganized financially. Facebook reviews were also taken down.

My niece was enrolled at Bravo this year and I cannot overstate how much she loved being there. The instructors did an incredible job at helping the kids grow and become better dancers, while maintaining a high spirit and positive environment. It’s clear how hard the instructors work to make everything perfect and it shows. I’ve never seen my niece so confident and happy.

This was our first year at Bravo and it was incredible. I always felt welcomed as a parent when I came in to wait for my daughter. The owners were fantastic at communicating so I never felt like I was missing information. I own a business and I know there are a lot of details to sort when you step into a new business, but I never once felt like there was anything missing and I know my daughter was loved. I know the owners worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure that!My daughter grew so much this year and is incredibly confident now. I’m grateful to the studio! We can’t wait to come back!

This was our first and last year dancing at bravo. We recently had my daughters recital and to say I wasn’t impressed is an understatement. Not only was the overall calibre sub par, but it was on Mother’s Day (which it is every year apparently FYI). We were at TCU from 10am-530pm. She’s 5!! Way too long of a day for her and the 1 routine she was in. Parents didn’t have access to their children backstage after 1pm and little to no activities/entertainment was provided. Had more information been provided to parents as to what to expect I would have been more prepared. To top it off they held awards following the recital with all the kids on stage. They announced an award for ballet and called “Emma” who had won. No last name mentioned. My daughter, Emma, jumped up excited thinking she won an award only to be told it was a different Emma (remember she’s 5). She was beside herself and started crying. The complete lack of regard for making my child feel that way was unbelievable. I sat helplessly in the audience. After the awards they had a “Big” announcement. They got all the kids and audience excited for what it may be. Then they announced “ WE’RE GOING TO DISNEYLAND IN 2024!”. Balloons dropped and the curtains closed. Anyone with children knows you don’t tell them they’re going to Disneyland when they’re not. Parents in the audience were confused and I’m sure many had some explaining to do with their children after. Not impressed and will find another studio.Update: the fact that you’re sorry I missed the recital handbook (which I did not) and not sorry for what happened to my daughter on stage shows exactly why I wrote the review that I did. You’re actually not sorry for anything. Your response is condescending and deflecting from the issues I brought up.

I have been dancing at bravo since it had first opened . The first few years of dance were incredible until this season with new owners the katelnikoff’s. The studio took a big turn from its cleanness to the no respect towards its dancers. People have been ignored and people have been torn apart therefore I DO NOT recommend taking your kids here. This is not just not my opinion but many others as it is clearly just the truth.

The studio has fallen apart. I have danced with this studio since they opened, and the first six years were amazing. Nothing but good memories with the previous owners. However once taken over by the new owners, it became a total gong-show.Unanswered emails, countless scenarios of plain disrespect, and snarky attitudes from the owners. Not only were the parents furious but also the dancers themselves. I hate to leave my passion, friendships, and wonderful dance teachers behind, but this studio is not a happy place. The owners appear fine from my point of view to the younger dancers but the disrespect is astounding in the older dancers. Injuries ignored, picking favourites and mistreating dancers who weren’t as “talented.” If you want your child to have a grow their passion for dance, this is not the studio for you. This review is specifically talking about the OWNERSHIP and NOT the staff or previous owners. The dance teachers that I had were my role models and mentors in every way possible. Much love to my dance teachers over the years and I wish you the best.
