What a TEAM here! Doug & Brent in paint department are super engaged, highly knowledgeable, they deliver best in class shopping experience every time! They don't rush you and genuinely care about the outcome...thank you for this!Denise & Theresa in Flooring - what can I say! Two projects they have walked me through and guided me every step of the way! Very thorough, professional, friendly, outgoing and knowledgeable!Catherine in Design Gallery is wonderful with her design picks and choices customized to your project. She always takes her time and is patient and kind.There are so many others here that make the shopping experience amazing and this is definitely my favorite place to shop.Thank you all so very much! :)

Chemong Home Hardware Building Centre
Just have to say that I was greatly impressed by Doug in the paint department recently at this store. He took the time to explain the somewhat complicated process of tinting paint close to white and what is required to seal up interior bricks. I've been doing renos for a long time and resent it when a salesperson talks down to me and Doug didn't let that happen. So they have good products and good people, what more can you ask for in a hardward store?

always seems to have most products, I needed some plumbing parts, they had everything I needed but the associate in plumbing was condescending, drove to another store Bridgenorth , got great service and the parts I .needed. -- No reply necessary

Stopped by to get some help designing a deck. Daniel was very knowledgeable and went through the steps to get a quote. By the next morning, I had a drawing and details of the materials needed to build the deck. They had the best price, so we ordered the material and delivery was arranged. Great staff to work with.

Bought some yeti cups with leaking lids. Poor customer service as they refused to exchange the leaking lids they sold... 100$ for two leaky cups so nice...After talking to a different store with staff who had knowledge of the products they sell, the yeti lids are spill proof not leak proof. Leak proof lids can be purchased on amazon. Would be nice if staff were made aware of this. Its nice when staff are knowledgeable about the products they sell, not the case at this location.

I make a point of shopping at a Canadian retailer if possible..I always find that I,m offered assistance within a matter of a few minutes of my arrival. The last time I went I was looking for an o ring set for faucet and when the assistant couldn't find it he called another person over to help and sure enough they found what I needed. The item had no barcode on it so I asked them for one so I could get through the cash and I was told it was free since it was for a morn faucet, nice.

Ordered Kitchen Cabinets & paid 50% up front. I was strung along for 5.5 months...and learned after contacting one of the store owners Fred Sweeting, that the cabinets were Not even ordered yet.!!..since they could not obtain a contractor or trades to do the work. I fail to understand why they offer kitchen & bathroom renovations?? They have no skilled trades available. Jennifer Davidson helped me pick out everything...and then no answers as to where the cabinets were. Never answered the phone, even after I left messages. I was given a Full Refund, only after contacting the store owner. Extremely disappointed with Home Hardware on Chemong Road. Nothing like wasting my time planning & waiting for 6 months...to receive NOTHING.!!NOT the place for your Renovation Needs..!! Shop Elsewhere!!!
