The worst burrito bowl i have ever i have ever had in my life.Tasted like eating curry and rice as they had blasted with sauces in it.I called them and showed my concern with the order and the employee first accepted the mistake and said I would make a new one and then after that manager calls and says that you had said to put 3 sauces in it that’s why it’s like that and we cant make you a new one so clearly they have zero knowledge of how to proportionate the quantity of sauces.The manager is very rude and doesn’t know how to treat customers right.Basically lack of professionalism.Would not even give 1 star.GO AT YOUR OWN RISK

If i pay 18 dollars for a huge burrito it should be huge. Not 2 inches in diameter. The person it is for doesn't like toppings and I got about 4$ worth of meat and noodles on the burrito. Pretty messed up. Will be getting a refund. The meat is not enough for a huge either. I added a picture of said burrito for proof of how absolutely pathetic it is. 18 dollars.

I really like the dishes specially the waffle fry bowl and the burrito bowl. All the dishes are amazing. Suitable for vegetarians people as well since they have a variety of options for vegetarians as well. You must try their food.

We were in the line to order some burritos and bowls, That female worker is shouting nonstop on her fellow workers. We ordered some veggie food found out meat included when we came home. Due to vegan diet had throw it all.Not disappointed by the wrong order, mistakes happens but that lady have to behave professionally and please don't ruin the franchise name.Will never stop by again

This was the worst place we’ve ever had a burrito bowl. The lettuce was brown, the rice was old and hard, the chicken was rubbery and hard and the service was bad.I couldn’t finish even though I was starving. So upset I wasted my money. Never going back again and head office needs to shut this place down.

Disgusting. I genuinely hate ate. This was eaten in desperation. It was very salty with boiled chicken and gross mystery sour cream". How. HOW does one botch a quesadilla?? I put one star because zero wasn't an option. 40+ mins for this garbage. Eat ANYWHERE else. Wow."

I've never left a review before but my poor experience with this particular chain has, compelled me to write one. Ordered a big steak burrito because I had a small breakfast as well as trying to get as much protein as I can get. One bite in and I was already suspicious, and later realized that only around 10% (or even less to be honest) was actual steak (the actual thing they advertise to that the burrito has). They also added ingredients that I told them to omit, as well as only adding small quantities of ingredients that I wanted, but loading up on the rice. I can't get a refund, because I didn't ask for a receipt as I was under the impression that the quality of other franchises would carry over, I was unfortunately wrong. I've included pictures as to show my complaints. Very much disappointed

RUDE STAFF, FOOD NOT AS PER REQUEST.I am extremely disappointed with the food and service served at this location. We have been eating at different locations since years and none of them have disappointed us as much as this one. We ordered huge burrioto with veggies. We also added a note to the order for extra veggies on it. When we came home and started eating it we noticed that there were only rice and just a little bit of lettuce and there were hardly any veggies into it. It was 95% rice and 5% veggies. This is totally unacceptable. I called the location and the staff was rude that we make all over burritos perfect. I am also attaching a pic for reference. No use of adding notes to your order bcoz they don't care.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY PEOPLE. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN.
