Sunset lounge + grill
Sunset lounge is a must visit in Prince Rupert! It’s a family run Indian fusion restaurant. The food was phenomenal and i could tell the food was made from an authentic family recipe made with love. I am still thinking about the Chaat, Indian tacos and lychee martini! Great hospitality, vibes and music. Highly recommend!

Our family of 3 ordered over $60 of food. Only bhutara and pakora were edible. Be cautious if you want real taste of spices and rich textures of curries. Also the potato fries were soaked with oil. My wife stopped eating her food and ate the pizza that we got last night somewhere else.

Delicious chicken burger and yam fries. Staff was very friendly and helpful, taking all available different beer cans to our table to choose from. Definitely go back there.

It's a lovely place to eat, and the food is excellent. The burger was very flavorful and tasty, and solid fries in the poutine.My little niggles were that the waitress missed my 'no tomato' request (ended up just taking it off the burger after I bit in) and the poutine is a bit too salty in my taste. Still good, and they used real cheese curds which is a plus, but could be improved.Still, happy to eat there and will go back, one of the top places in town

A must visit location in downtown Prince Rupert!Best veggie pakora I've eaten, friendly and welcoming local team make this a place you want to come back to. Quality signature drinks that you would expect to have from a 5 star hotel lobby. Try the grapefruit negeroni, you won't be disappointed.

Sunset lounge and grill had the best pizza I’ve had in awhile. We were famished after arriving in Rupert late in the evening so really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere, wine and amazing pizza. Kendall our server was super friendly and provided great service!

Dined in at this place twice in the last two weeks due to its high reviews online. However, both times were extremely disappointing and frustrating. After the first time, we returned to give this place a second chance and had an even worse experience. I'm not sure if this place just re-opened or what is going on but if you dine in you'll be waiting over an hour for appetizers alone and nobody will check on you after you place an order, to top up drinks or ask how things are. Our order was missing items both visits, and to even get somebody to come back to the table to speak to you or bring water, you have to yell from your table towards the bar where everyone stands with their heads down. There was only 4 tables in the whole restaurant during both visits with 4 people out front. Even when we said Excuse me"

Sunset lounge + grill
Sunset has become my favourite restaurant in Prince Rupert. The pizza is authentic and the best in town. The butter chicken poutine is the best dish in town, PERIOD. The samosas and pakoras are the most delicious I've ever had. Great for takeout, delivery and the BEST for dining in (when there isnt a pandemic happening). 5 Stars, the cream of the crop here in Rupert.
