I took my car to Lamborghini Vancouver for service and the whole experience was like nothing I have ever had happen before with any of my other cars at any other dealership.From the moment I contacted Victor, he rolled out the red carpet and treated me like family. He made sure that everything was taken care of and he went above and beyond the white glove service their clients receive.He updated everything in my 2020 Evo entertainment system, did a full service and even handled a couple of minor recalls/updates and made recommendations. He even provided me with a courtesy car for 5 days - all at no charge under the great warranty the car has. I was even given a parting gift which I will treasure ( Thanks Victor!! :) )When I dropped the car off, Victor was not in that day and Lawrence greeted my wife and I and he was equally amazing , taking the time to talk about the upcoming service and showing us some beautiful cars ... these guys are all top notch.If you are looking for the best service experience ever for your exotic , go see these guys and /or get yourself into a Lambo ( go see Patrick for that , he'll take the same level of care with you , helping you make that happen ) and then when needing service , the Team there will handle everything and you can rest easy knowing you are in the most capable hands when looking after your dream car.I Highly recommend Lamborghini Vancouver

I would like to start by saying Drake is awesome to deal with. His professionalism is on point from start to finish. I was dealing with one sales person prior to Drake that felt in my opinion she needed to step it up a notch. So I reached out to Drake and this guy goes above and beyond to meet your expectations. And not to mention Yvonne by answering my 1000 questions and brake down of everything. Not at any point she seemed bother always with good manners and happy to answer any my questions. The team at Lamborghini Vancouver will say Is my only choice for future. This was my first Lamborghini purchase from directly Lamborghini dealer I had bough 4 prior from private and used car dealer. But this put stop to that. From now on Drake Is my guy and sold me this nice 2018 huracan spyder. That I will be in future going to that big boy body. I would give you 10 stars if I could. I have never left a review before , and I just felt compelled to tell my story about my experience at Lamborghini Vancouver , but more importantly David my salesperson. I have never owned a car like this , and for me this was a massive purchase. It was a reward to myself for myself and the most selfish thing I have ever done. Lol.From the initial phone call , where David helped me put my Lamborghini Uris together to my liking using his knowledge , he loves cars. It’s his thing !! To follow ups on where my car was , and how it was progressing it was I guess what you might expect when buying a Lamborghini, but your not expecting anything . It was first class with out being pretentious.So true story ….. the car comes , I love it more than I thought , but when I sat in it for the first time , and he gave me the keys , I grabbed the steering wheel and I don’t know what car over me , but I got emotional . I have never bought anything like this in my life , the kids all came because it was a huge deal for me and they were so happy I was doing something for me , and there was David just reassuring me , and I felt he was apart of my family at that moment .Anyway on a serious note. It’s one thing to say that car looks cool. Or you love it. But when I drove past t home , and the first few times I got used to it. This car just can’t be compared to any other in its class. I have the BMW X6 M. Ok it’s a nice car. It’s not even 1/4 this Lamborghini. It doesn’t have near the launch , it isn’t close to as nice inside , the little details you notice as you go are genius , the freakin handling is off the charts.Then the coolest thing is when you change modes , the car as air suspension. So it lowers a fair amount when you put it into CORSA MODE , the grumbles it makes are so awesome.I just want to say how happy I am with my Uris , and David made suggestions as to the options that really just made the car MINE.THANK YOU DAVID.

First and foremost, the folks at Lamborghini Vancouver are honestly some of the most professional, easy to work with staff for luxury car sales in the city - David took what could be a stressful large purchase and turned it into an easy process that I felt comfortable with the entire way. David and the team went beyond to provide excellent service in a covid safe manner that I would absolutely recommend to others. Kudos to the team here for the hard work, professionalism and attention to detail. Will be back again!
