I had an amazing experience at the Back in Balance Clinic with Dr. Matthew Serrick. The staff is incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They provided excellent treatment for my neck issues, addressing my concerns with expertise. I feel relief from the muscle tightness. The clinic's convenient location is an added bonus. I highly recommend this clinic.

I absolutely recommend Dr Steven Murray for all your chiropractic needs. I came to the clinic today very unsure and he very much put me at ease. He’s both extremely knowledgeable and incredible patient with questions and follow up help. I feel I’m now on the right path for spine stability. 10/10

Back in Balance Clinic
I see Dr Serrick about once a month. I live with a physical disability that means I always live with tension, especially after an ankle injury that threw everything off-kilter. He and his colleagues are friendly and professional, and I leave the treatments feeling more relaxed and coordinated. Matthew is very knowledgeable and willing to answer questions, which I appreciate a lot!I would recommend him and his colleagues at Back in Balance without hesitation, especially if you’re looking for friendly staff, easy online booking, and a very warm (& slightly sassy) LGBTQ+ welcoming experience.

Back in Balance Clinic
Dr. Steven Murray is very knowledgeable and does an amazing job! My back and neck always feels so much better after each visit! Would 100% recommend if you’re looking for a good Chiropractor!The clinic is very clean and welcoming while the receptionists are always friendly and respond fast to any requests. I also love how they are very flexible and accommodate to your schedule the best they can.

I have been to several chiro and physio clinics, I can't say without a doubt that this was one of the best services I received. The clinic is well located, easy access from the subway, registration and booking were easy and can be made online. I was able to get an appointment shortly after registering online. Further, Steve Murray is absolutely incredible. His knowledge of the body, his wholistic approach to healing, and commitment to the craft are outstanding. He is an incredible chiropractor and have supported me through many injuries (e.g., broken wrist, knee pain, back pain). I would strongly recommend Back in Balance Clinic. I have also worked with Matt Serrick, and he is equally superb.

Back in Balance Clinic
Dr Mathew Serrick is fantastic along with the very friendly staff. Ive had constant lower back pain. Dr Serrick did a very thorough assessment. Took his time. Explained everything clearly and ask me if I had any questions. He worked on my back and gave me some stretches to do at home. My back now hasn’t ever felt better. I would definitely recommend.
