My husband and I are currently building a home and my husband’s mom is also a stakeholder (she will be living in a legal suite on the walkout level). It’s a big house with a lot of light fixtures and many details to consider. In total, we visited Park Lighting three times to finalize all of our selections. Emma is our Builder Account Manager at Park Lighting and she has been lovely to work with. Emma is patient, personable, and quick with her responses. On our last two visits, Dawn also helped our family. Dawn went out of her way to educate us and make helpful recommendations. We took a few key suggestions from Dawn that really helped tie a bow on our experience. My family and I are fully satisfied with the service, knowledgeability, and kindness we received at Park Lighting. I’m so happy we had the good fortune of working with Emma and Dawn! They’re both valuable members of the team.

I had moved into a new house and noticed a lot of the incandescent chandelier led bulbs were burnt out. The 2200k warm color led chandelier bulbs were nowhere to be found. But park lighting was one of the only stores in edmonton that carried them. I also didn't feel comfortable going up a 16 foot ladder to change the light bulbs myself. The two technicians that came to help me replace the light bulbs were punctual, tidy and also very courteous. Thank you!

We have been to Park Lighting on multiple occasions and Dawn and Charlene have helped my husband and I on separate occasions. Each time they have been excellent. They are so knowledgeable and patient with us. They take their time do research and provide us with the best customer service one can ask for. I want to say a big thank you to both Charlene and Dawn for making our selection of lighting for our home a great experience. Our selections work and look like we hired a designer. It was all Charlene and Dawn!!! You guys rock!!!

Park Lighting is our go-to whenever we’re doing renos & want beautiful light fixtures. Most recently, Michelle went above & beyond searching for a particular light fixture I found on Pinterest. She encouraged me with my decisions & patiently answered questions. She responded to my emails very quickly. We will definitely be back for our next lighting need☺️

Michelle Clarke, our Lighting Consultant was amazing. We came in to change our outdoor bulb and she went above and beyond to source the issue of why our bulb was burning out. She was able to find the problem and source a new fixture under warranty.We are also now discussing a brand new dinning fixture. Thanks you for all your help!!Nathan and Brooke

Just recently went looking for lights for our vacation house. Avery was our sales person and she was magnificent. Very professional, polite and extremely helpful. We had been to several lighting stores and we ended up buying from Park. They had a great selection but Avery made it a very simple process. With her help and expertise we came out of there very pleased with our purchase. I would highly recommend Park lighting and make sure you ask for Avery! Thanks again
