Lost their licence in Windsor ontario!

I'm looking to speak to the owner. I'm hearing the owner of dial a bottle is not from Canada. The workers are here yet the owner is in another country and having a hard time locating contact info for the person. I have a couple of issues I wanna discuss and get to the bottom of. First would be delivering a bottle to my father 2 times over a few weeks and then on the third bottle ordered the driver decides to tell my dad the last 2 payments didn't come through for the bottles he ordered. Like as if the bank don't hold records of the transaction made when the money was sent. Good try trying to rip customers off and I'd like to see more people come forward who had this happen......
