Tarawood Place

Very nice high rise apt building. Very clean. Extremely pleasant and knowledgeable and accommodating building manager.

The superintendent stole the rent we paid them. Even after the property management discovered this and the police charged the people involved, the property management wanted us to pay them the money their employees stole.

20 + years ago I moved into Tarawood Place. It was a warm friendly homelike building back then and I enjoyed living here. I married and we bought a house so left in 2007 . When my marriage ended and our home sold. I was fortunate to move back to the same warm ,friendly family apartment. However my income has not kept pace with rental costs and physically I was needing more assistance with my living situation because of age and injuries. I wish I could stay but need more help than I thought I would It is a wonderful place to call home with all kinds of parks and walking trails near by. I guess for the younger souls schools are not that far away either. The building is undergoing on going repairs and like all of us who are ageing needs ongoing maintenance.

Nice clean building.

Lived here for 2.5 years. It's an older building but we had a renovated unit, everything was new and the building was quiet, outside of the city area and close to parks and the canal. The rent was reasonable considering hydro was included. The building staff, Karen, Steve, Ron and Kerry were all great, friendly, willing to help and made it a safe and comfortable place to live. We're happy to have lived there and would recommend.

It is a beautuful place to live with our family

They advertise a lot and when you send an email out , nobody responds. I called them and said an application has been filled, the support was like yeah we will have a look and respond within an hour , waited for about a month and still no response.Either respond stating you don't want to rent it or don't post the ad online. Major inconvenience and don't have a support line when you cannot consider an application.
