Some creepy ‘younger’ guy with a beard working in lumber was the most unhelpful and ill-informed person working there. Told me they don’t sell trex…while standing in front of signs showcasing trex. Then while I asked for their version of trex samples, he proceeds to hold each one up while I stood there answering yes or no. Lowe’s/Rona service is trash now. Home Depot stepped up their game huge.

We're entering an era of social incompetence. Where you can check yourself out and be happy for it. No more smiles and social interactions. Tried to politely question an employee about the doing away of cashiers but was treated quite rudely and as an inconvenience by another. Yeah, I saw you there as the check-out assist" but clearly your ability to serve the crowd of people is equal to your ability to properly charge me the correct price for vinyl flooring offcut. So thanks for the 80% discount on 50 Sq feet. Shout out to the guy in the Tilley Hat who overheard what I was asking and gave me the time of day. You get 5 stars

I am not your cashier. For that reason I will only shop here when it isn't feasible to go elsewhere.Please change this Lowe's

Product pricing is competitive! Their website could be improved by indicating what aisle the product is located. The associates couldn't even find it!

All tills are self-checkout now. When I noticed that, I left the store and went to the Home Hardware in my own town. They still serve you at the Home Hardware. I refused to work for these corporate giant stores.

Lowe’s has the worst customer service. Was looking to buy lawn mower. No staff anywhere. Had to push button to get someone. Then when she comes she knows nothing about the lawn mowers. Tried to tell they rarely make them with rear wheel drive. Also tells me I have to pay for shipping if I order the mower online which is also not true. Useless. The last time I went to Lowe’s the guy was trying to push me to buy a washing machine that was super expensive. I will never waste my time at Lowe’s again regardless of their prices.

On June 3rd I was in the store to buy some blinds and I must say that the girl who helped me, Iasha I believe her name was, was kind and professional and knowledgeable. Thanks you for the great service! This young lady was well trained and knew exactly how to trim the binds to the desired width. The price was great also. Thanks again.
