Would not recommend their service based on my experience. I called on Saturday for Same Day service. 30 minutes after I booked, I was called and asked to reschedule for first thing Sunday Morning (9am) as the trucks are full and the dumps are closed. I got a call on Sunday Morning at 9am advising me that the trucks are still full and they will come by at 1030am. They did arrive at that time. The Free estimate provided was much higher than expected. Two Boxes, Particle Board desk broken down to flat stack, and small Pallet was quoted at $167. I will be renting a truck instead.

Highly recommend this company. Guys called about 30mins out and arrived as scheduled. I had more junk than one truck could accommodate so they loaded as much as they could (approx. 40mins), then went to the dump and came back to finish (approx. 25mins). Entire job was done inside of 1.5hrs. Crew was efficient, courteous and professional. Would definitely use these guys again for future junk removal.

These guys are great! They were very polite and friendly! They worked fast, and even partially disassembled things to get them thru the door. We had many large items (i.e. couch, chair, la-z-boy chairs, desk, etc.), and I still don't understand how they were able to get them thru the side door! You won't be disappointed! I will definitely be using this company again, and I hope they send the same guys!

Great service, quick response and very reasonable rates. I booked on line Friday afternoon for the next morning. They showed up on time, gave me a quote and had everything removed within 45 minutes. Extremely painless experience, don’t know why it took me so long to do this. Would highly recommend Just Junk to anyone.

Would not recommend this company unless you have no other options. The people that showed up for the 'free quote' offered a wildly unreasonable fee that was double the price provided online. They're obviously looking to take advantage of people who need items removed quickly. Beware that the price you see online is NOT what they will ask you to pay. We will rent a truck for a quarter of the price.

Great service. The guys were friendy and got the job done very quickly. I searched up the prices of Just Junk and it's competitors, Just Junk seem to offer the lowest price and received the best review so I went with them. I was quite pleased with the price they quoted me. Overall, I was satisfied with their service and will definitely use them again.
