Enterprise Rent-A-Car

We rented a car from this location on 16th to go to Banff. We first popped in to check this location the day before and met with the manager, Ernest. He was very transparent and helped us pick a good option. We took the night to think about our options and went in the next day to pick up the car. Muskaan Helped us with the car. She is super friendly and went above and beyond so that we would have a good experience. The whole process was smooth and we were in and out in minutes. The return was also as fast. I’d like to thank both Ernest and Muskaan for making this so convenient for us.

This branch in particular has the best customer service from all the rentals I have used in the past in Calgary. They are very accommodating.Great service. Keep it up. I am a regular customer of this branch and always receive a good service.I fully recommend to rent at this Enterprise branch.

Came to this location to pick up a rental organized for me on behalf of Ford, & had an exceptional experience at this location. The manager, Da, was extremely kind, courteous, & understanding of my situation & went out of his way to provide us with amazing service. Thanks to Ernst and Da for turning our experience with Enterprise around. We had a poor experience picking up our car in another location but Ernst and Da made up for it. I was hesitant to share my negative experience but Ernst was kindly persistent in finding out how he could make it better. I really appreciate that Ernst and Da cared about how we felt. If I had only dealt with them it would of been a perfect experience.

Rented a car for my road trip from the U.K. Although they were short staffed I was blown away by the service. Tall dude served us and was great and personable. Even the Manager was mucking in with cleaning the cars getting them turned over ready for pick-up. Great work all.

We rented a car from this place from 26th June to July 3. I don't know the name of the sales person whom I dealt with and who assigned me the Mazda CX-5 but he was really helpful. Car was almost new and really good. This location had good collection of vehicles in their lot and the best part is they are open all the day of week unlike other Enterprise locations. Return was absolutely smooth. We returned at 8:15 AM on Sunday morning and luckily they had some employees at the place to inspect the vehicle and process the return instead of just dropping off the keys. I think this is the best Enterprise location in Calgary.

Nice service by staff here. Cars are clean and sanitized. This location is approachable and convenient. Off-hours key drop box is available.PS: You can expect a long waiting times during rush hours.
