His extensive knowledge, impeccable professionalism, and genuine passion for his craft create an unforgettable and enriching experience. His knowledge of historical sites really makes you actually want to listen and makes you think back than of why or what happened.

Ken has been very helpful for our tour in Vancouver in the past two days. He is kind, patient & funny. And he is also a very good photographer. That is definitely a surprised bonus to us. Yes, I recommend him & will be happy to use his services again when I visit Vancouver next time.

Whistler day tour is a chance not to be missed. The Sea to Sky Highway was breathtaking and thanks to our guide, Ken Hui, the drive was smooth and comfortable.Ken was super friendly and attentive to our needs. He was a guide with a personal touch and we know ahead what to expect even from the night before. He even offered to be our photographer while we parade around the scenic backdrop!Whistler is beautiful and Ken top it off for us with great memories!

Our day trip to Whistler, we requested for an English speaking tour.Ken Hui, our driver cum guide was pleasant, patient, and polite.He is approachable and communicate well, easy to understand.Our trip included Shannon Falls, Squamish, and Whistlers.Thanks to Ken who took pictures and videos (Ken loves photography) for us, we will remember our trip for a long time with amazing photos and videos he took for us and other members of the group.Considerate for our well-being and always look out for our belongings.While we have a schedule, he is flexible with timing on the stops we had. We had a wonderful trip and it felt like a family member has taken us sightseeing.

If you're on the fence considering travelling with this tour company, take the leap. I know the mix of reviews and the too-good-to-be-true price had me a little worried too, but now having gone on the four day Summer Rockies tour, I would HIGHLY recommend.The coach is comfortable, our driver was skilled, our tour guide Tom was friendly knowledgeable, honest, and fluent in English and Mandarin. The accommodation with the tour could not be faulted - the Banff accommodation was especially was top tier. Huge ground covered with beautiful stops and brilliant inclusions with the activities. Though like you should expect with a coach tour, there is a lot of time on the bus. Wifi was included, though patchy through the mountains and we were warned of this at the start of the trip.I would recommend getting the admissions package. Personally I wouldn't get the meal plan though, having the freedom to choose your own places at the dinner stops (albeit on a time crunch) provided us with a lot more variety and had some really tasty meals. Tom also gave those not on a meal plan suggestions of where we could go in places where choice was limited.The mandatory service fee is to be paid in cash on the last day - so plan accordingly.

We enjoyed our one day trip to Victoria. Ken Hui was our tour guide and he is very professional and patience. He is very knowledgeable of the history. He has helped out to some take some great pictures!
