Good neighbors

Like most builders. Way over priced. Also I had bad experiences with them yrs ago. Poor workmanship. The trades men put in poor quality work & material. Example>> bathroom no shower head...a roughed in, washroom in basement. Pipes on outside of wall. Toilet drain/ mount. 6inches about floor. Couldn't put furniture there, until ready to complete the project ourselves. Put ducting in bath tub. Tub scratched. They just patched it up.Fan above stove in the hood, upside down. My list is too long. And its been awhile now. Maybe they have improved.If you decide to buy from these builders, keep on their backs. Check everything. Be sure you are educated better than the builder when purchasing a house from them. Some buyers had no problems, but others had, but didn't see till after the house was built.
