After a failed online order for bathroom accessibility products for my elderly parents, John personally, and promptly, picked up the products and installed them. We had a clog in our kitchen pipe on a weekend which is quite a disaster to have. John was extremely responsive and professional and came down on a Sunday morning and fixed it in no time for us. Highly recommend his services. Thank you John.

We are beyond impressed with John's professionalism. He is honest, kind, arrived on time and fixed our issue. He did not overcharge us either. We have done our homework before hiring John and we were so happy to find him! We will use his services for any plumbing needs in the future as well, for sure. We got some really steep quotes while we shopped around. It is quite hard to find a good, reliable and honest plumber it seems like. Very impressed! Kudos to John!

Finding a plumber who is responsive on the initial call is easy. Finding one that is responsive on recalls is usually a bit more problematical.John made an appointment and showed up, on time, and fixed our problem.Subsequent calls were answered and service was once more prompt and efficient.A pleasure to deal with and very professional.

John's a good guy gave me some honest insight about old pipes, valves and what options I had to go with.... helped me over text with some pictures about what kind of finishings and notions I could buy to have him replace old ones with and return what he didn't use. He had the parts but I was looking for something unique.I got quoted 3x as much from some other dude from major plumming company so he's not there to rip you off. Will call him and use him again if I need something done.

We are redoing our kitchen and we needed to move our kitchen drain, vent, and water supply lines. John was really professional and completed the job on time and on budget. When our cabinets were being installed, we realized one of the water supply lines were going to be outside of the cabinet because we messed up on the dimensions. When I texted john about this, he came and relocated the pipe for us. John also fix the plumbing issues we had in our basement, which waa done by another plumber who never came back to fix the mistake. However, John fixed everything for us!

John changed the plumbing for my elderly mothers washing machine as they were corroded. He was also very patient with her. He did an amazing job and came prepared with everything he needed to do the job. I would definitely recommend him to anybody.

John was able to problem solve our faucet installation very quickly since we bought the incorrect one and he was responsive to my queries leading up to the installation. At the day of installation, he was punctual and efficient. He was also able to advise and fix our piping in addition to the faucet installation which is great, and we are very pleased with the work he did! Highly recommended.
