I stopped today at this Tim they served me fresh steep tea even the sandwich I ordered was perfect this is the best Tim to stop if you are driving between Toronto Montreal corridor

It was alright, hash brown's were soft as a sailors you know what, after a call on port, had to peel them off the paper that they were poured into, staff was very nice though, it was busy in the drive thru, I went inside, never again.

What's the point of a 24 hour Tim Hortons if all you're going to offer are stale donuts and coffee? They have no ingredient for sandwiches apparently, one kind of timbit and some stale donuts. Completely useless. Honestly it should he considered false advertising to advertise 24 hours and to display a full menu, but not be able to serve any of it. It's ridiculous and irritating.

Got my drink after they rushed us through the drive thru. pull back onto the road and see their are floating pieces of what looks to be plastic in my ice.

The cashier at the drive-thru used her winter mittens to retrieve my timbits that she was using while handling cash and came back after ordering 20 strawberry filled timbits , her mittens were covered in powder and strawberry jam she didn't even use wax paper or gloves my tidbits were covered in wool and hair after seeing that I went back inside gave back my timbits asked for new ones then I seen the manager holding the mittens in her hand covered with powder and jam with an upset look on her face I asked her to come here explained to her what had just happened she told me mistakes happen and that they would get me new ones I said that's not a mistake she should know better than handling donuts with mittens on especially after handling money at the drive-thru then serving donuts with mitts on no gloves just some furry mitts. Unbelievable the worst and grossest customer service ever!!!!!

i got stuck at stop due to some issues with e-log so i decided to go inside and use wifi as this timhorton has written in services and amenities that wifi is available but after asking the worker i got to know that even they were never provided this service ever ! lol
