I would reccomend this place due to price and food quality. Usually both are good. Customer service is polite. There was this one person today at 445 that had no business working there . They were very rude. 95 % of the staff are great however

I often visit to this timmies .It was the worst experience i ever had with any fast food restaurant. I came in around 1.10pm today. Mark took my order. There was a lady ( may be her name is woudeina)who was making drinks. I bought 2 jalapeno pastries in my order. I touched the bag and feel they were cold. So i requested the lady if she can warm them up please because usually all tim horton do that where ever i visited. She said she cant take it back. I thought she didnt understand me so i told her again i dont want to give it back i just want you to microwave them for 10 seconds. She said she cant touch it because i touched it. I said i just touched the bag, not the pastries. She started shouting at me ..no i cant touch no no ..she didnt let me speak. Everybody was looking at me i felt so embarassed. Just wanting to say if she is so scared of covid or something she could wear mask and gloves. I would have told her to get me other one from the display and heat them up. But my husband stopped me. I came here with my husband and friend. My whole day got spoiled with this experience. Very bad .Thankyou i am not coming back

This was my first ever visit to Tim Hortons and my breakfast bagel was delicious, fresh and good looking. Staff was very kind. Just need to cut down on the sugar in the strawberry smoothie

The staff were either stressed or grumpy. We particularly asked for plates as we were dining in. Still our bagels were served in paper & drinks in disposable cups.

Good unless you go too late at night. Just give up trying to get food, the staff just be lamping..I paid the lady 10 dollars under the table to give me a bag of loose turkey cold cut slices.. so it was kinda cool of them.. 4/5

This is a good Timmies. Although it is often quite busy. Good location. Good seating, with a good variety of seats. Friendly staff when we went. And the doughnuts and coffee taste just like every other Tims, so if that's important to you then you'll be pleased. Recommend stopping here for some Timmies as it's the only one between Royal Oak and the Mainland.

Me and my wife are daily customers in Tim Hortons in Sidney B.C.Students taking up most of the seating and not buying anything. Seems to be more of a hangout spot than a restaurant. Can't the managers enforce some kind of time limit or minimum charge? This is a busy location. Time for a larger establishment with a proper drive thru.

One lady seems indian with grey eyes was working on june 3 around 7:30pm.Was very rude with me and my family, we were 8 people and ordering our food she act like she doesn’t wanna take our order and told us hurry up! and not hearing our order properly either.It was worse experience i ever had.We didn’t even place our proper order as everyone in my family saying just leave itShe ruined our day.
