Worst car wash service - I ended up going in October to get a car wash (interior and exterior) and the cleaners let me know that the car was good to go so I drove off and realized that they had forgotten to put in my carpets! I tried calling back but voicemail was always full and nobody was answering for weeks. I finally got someone on the line that let me know I can come and get them. I live very far from there so I was only able to go back in December and when I passed by and asked to get my carpets back, the man who served me let me know that he was not aware of the situation and that apparently they had switched owners and didnt' have those carpets anymore. He refused to help me out and was condescending. Don't recommend

They got the salt stains out out of my car carpets and most of the car was clean but not 100%; I had to touch up some spots once I got home. The worst was that they used a rag to clean my radio screen that left a residue on the screen!! Thankfully I was able to remove it with another cleaner I had at home!

My sister and I were regular clients at this carwash until a year and half ago when we decided to stop going for various reasons, everything had changed when the manager James wasn't there anymore,staff,service, products,price,the work done on our cars was less then adequate,most importantly it seemed nobody cared for clients or they're cars,in the first week of March,I was driving by the carwash,took a look inside,to my surprise James was was back at it again,dancing while washing cars,I pulled in,gave him a hug, handed over my car key for good cleaning, picked it up the next day, my car was brand new again,the interior was phenomenal,he even waxed the exterior at no charge,this guy is unique,my question to the owners is wouldn't you want someone like James,who cares for customers and they're cars puts in the hard work daily to satisfy our needs to run your business rather than a sleepy Joe? Thank you James for making my car brand new again,I hope you stay on a long term basis,your friend T.N
