Tracey & Jason at Great Lakes Dryer Vent Services were awesome to work with. Tracey was very nice and professional when on the phone to schedule a free consultation. When Jason came for the consultation, he was knowledgeable and walked me through the whole process and the cause of the buildup. After the job was completed, Jason showed me before & after pictures of my vents and it was an amazing difference. They did such an amazing job at a very affordable price. I will for sure be calling Great Lakes Dryer Vent Services when I need my vents cleaned again and will be referring them to all my friends & family! Support your local small businesses! You will not be disappointed.

I don’t normally write reviews on businesses, but felt the need to with this one. I spoke with Tracey on Friday about setting up an appointment and Jason was out to my house Monday morning. He was the nicest guy and went through everything with us.. showed us photos of the build up, then showed us all the lint/hair he got out of it along with after photos. Couldn’t believe the difference! I’ve already noticed a huge difference in the efficiency of my dryer. 5 stars :)

There are few contract maintenance service companies that instill confidence, exceed expectations, and maintain the personal touch; Great Lakes Dryer Vent Services is one of those rare few. From day one meeting with Jason first thing in the morning, scheduling services with Tracy, and having Jason on site knocking out the requested services (and actually Addressing Issues and Concerns), this is not the typical industry experience. This family friendly team knows their trade, and works with individuals the way that folks used to, before we all got completely self obsessed and forgot that we're all in this together.To say that I will be a return customer does not touch the truth of it. The fact is that I refuse to look for anyone else while this team is still around and willing to take on the work that I have for them.

Amazing!! I made an appointment to have the events cleaned not only were they incredibly professional, I couldn’t believe how fast they arrived they were able clean them. I am very happy with my service the vents are very clean and would recommend them to anyone in need of services!

GREAT SERVICE! I own a coin laundromat in downtown Howell and recently used Great Lakes Dryer Vent Services to clean all 13 vents from the back of the dryers to the roof. Staff was super friendly, professional, punctual, and did a amazing job. There was years of lint they removed and we instantly could tell the difference. Would refer these guys to my own mother. After spending $843.00 on a hack dryer vent company Jason went out and not only cleared 5 lbs of lint the first tech missed but corrected his mistakes as well. I will use Great Lakes for all of our clinic's in Michigan! Its so hard to find trustworthy businesses these days and I am thrilled to have found them! I wish I would have fount them $843.00 earlier :) HIGHLY RECCOMEND!!!
