The level of tradesmen has always been incredible, through training and focus on safety.Those attributes are fading, as a once powerful union brotherhood continues to decline through infighting and a toxic management.Management has to remember where they came from and lose the entitled arrogance. Massaging the agreements to benefit some but not all, keeping some working while others wait…and wait for a two day call.It is unfortunate and disappointing to watch it unfold this way. Membership involvement holds the key to regaining the pride and future relevance of 67. Best of luck, you’ll need it.
