He was able to come by after another service call in my area on the same day I called in.He very clearly explained what was wrong and what needed to be fixed.After replacing the parts he showed me that the dryer was working correctly.I am very happy with the service provided and would definitely use Alex again if any other appliance needs repair in my home.

Alex was great! He was able to diagnose the problem with our dishwasher and order the part. He installed the part as soon as it came in.
