Pho Bo Saigon

DO NOT COME HERE if I could give a review with 0 stars I would. I came today & ordered 3 XL beef noodle soups & asked for 6 fresh red peppers. The lady said they don't give those for free (every other pho place adds it automatically) and charged me $1.00 fine. I was charged tax which again is perfect fine no issues. When I asked for the receipt she told me to take a picture of the order slip that they use for the kitchen she wouldn't give me the itemized receipt because she didn't want to punch in my order into the cash register & when I refused to take the photo she was upset she has to provide me with a real receipt. When she was packing up my food she asked how many chopstick I required I told her 6 she said she's only giving me 3 and some spoons. I said no I need 6 because it's to feed 6 people she kept arguing with me telling me no she won't give it to me. Before she was done package all of my food I checked the container because it was really small it was half of a square container. I advised I ordered 3 XL this is not even half a portion she argued saying it is XL. I asked for my money back and for them to keep the food because it was a rip off. All of the side ingredients they put them in 2 glade ziplock bags. The staff was rude, the service was horrendous & I'd never ever even on my death bed eat at this restaurant or recommend it. There were other guests in the restaurant and the staff was full blown arguing with me from across the restaurant so everyone knew what was going on. It was embarassing on top of it all. When I went for the first time 5 years ago it was the total opposite. I went to a location by my house ordered the exact same food and got 3 square containers of the beef and noodles, 6 containers of broth, 5 fresh peppers for free , the amount of chopsticks I requested without attitude or arguing for the same price.

Great location to get delicious Pho, rice and meat dishes and Congee. My personal fave when ill is the beef congee. Great Skip the Dishes order. Items were piping hot and flavourful. Took great care in packaging our order neatly and correctly. Will definitely order again.

Food was delicious, staff were friendly. One of the orders had more onions than chicken, not sure if that's how it is but nevertheless it was tasty.

Come here all the time when I just want a bowl of pho. The house special of course, and that’s goes the same for the vermicelli house special as well. The rice dish with chicken and pork is also good. And their Bun Bo hue meting B16. The spring rolls can be better if served with fish sauce instead of their new sauce that the dish is served with now. Then their avocado smoothie is also a go to drink if anyone is looking something more sweet and refreshing. It’s made of avocado and condensed milk.

PHO REVIEW: 3.5/5 stars. Broth was good, light, clear, but complex. Meat was cooked well too. Portion size was adequate. -1 star for slow service - I ordered a coke, only for it to arrive AFTER my meal was over. Normally, you get tea first, then the meal comes. My tea arrived alongside my meal, 10 mins after I ordered. My meal took nearly 10 minutes for 1 bowl of pho. -0.5 star for mismatched utensils. They gave me a sharp edged square chopstick with a rounded circular one. The straw from my drink was sealed on one end. Decent value, but there are better places for pho.

First time here and i was not disappointed. My twins turned 7 and they wanted a chocolate cake with chocolate icing and oreos but the bakery didn't have this. They told me to wait 10 mins and they went in the back and icing a fresh cake and sold out to us. The cake was fresh and delicious. I love how a small business would take the time out to make my daughters birthday special! Highly recommend. I will be visiting again soon

Customer service is bad. The waitresses should be trained how to receive customers into their restaurant. The customer do not want to see the attitude of the waitresses. Customers pay for the food. They don't come in to eat free. So, behave properly to the customers. We walked out seeing the attitude of the waitress on 02-Jun-2023. Learn to be respectful, lady.

I’ve been a regular here for many years, and I unfortunately have to say that the service has become absolutely terrible. The servers are emotionless rocks now. We had noticed for a while that the servers were getting increasingly more and more disrespectful, and then last time they gave us a used fork.A USED FORK.We told the lady at the counter, and then she just emotionlessly picked up the fork and gave us a new one, without saying a single word.Seriously??????Like I said, we’ve been regulars for a long time, but we’ve never been there since. I wish I could give them 0 stars just for the service, but I’ll give them 2 stars because their food is okay.

Greatest pho in Brampton ….. so I’m from Toronto and you can find great places for pho on almost every other corner but when I come out to visit my loved one in Brampton and want soup this is the only place I go to soup was amazing I order the well done beef with beef tendon soup I ask for them to add veggies as a customized soup and they did with no hesitation and the up charge are very little and the fresh spring rolls are great too got an order of those ate them to quick to take a picture but here is my before and after of the soup

An overall tasty joint with nice chicken curry and pho dishes. Serving size is very satisfying, and the food is piping hot and flavourful. I recommend the green curry chicken with steamed rice - perfect level of spice.
