Worst experience ever! Manager sold me a bike that was way too small and then blamed me for not knowing it. Their idea of an expert bike fit is riding around the parking lot and adjusting the seat height. Unless you're an expert cyclist dropping big bucks on a bike you'll get the brush off. Especially if you're female. Would have had less hassle and more support buying a bike on-line.

As a beginner, this shop went above and beyond to help me get set up, awesome, helpful and friendly staff that is more than happy to help you and listen to your needs. Great prices and a large collection of all you would ever need. Will be going back there for sure, it seems that I have found my go-to bike shop in town.

I came in the other day to get some new classic skis as mine are 20 years old. The young man who helped me was quite knowledgeable about all of the different models and varieties. I believe his name was Duncan. I ended up getting a skis poles and boots, I am looking forward to trying out this new gear. Ill be back to get my gear waxed here.

Hopeless their service technicians wouldn’t know their head from their a$$. I brought in my wives road bike for a warranty issues and they couldn’t do that and proceeded to charge me for parts then do more damage to the bike. Technicians would be more suited with a job at a toy store making kids bike, but I feel that is still above their skill set

Sold defective products with multiple manufacturing defects (faulty chain, wheel hub), showed poor workmanship on basic maintenance items (loose bar tape wrapping, further tore my hood cover), sold me crank bros pedals despite me specifically asking if they were compatible with spd cleats, replacing the faulty hub has so far taken 5 weeks and is now estimated to take 7. I asked that they get at least one of my bikes back to me by an important deadline a week in advance which they were not able to do despite one of the jobs just being a rim replacement.I want to like this bike shop but so far have not been impressed.
