Gino's is an average builder with above average lawyers. Nothing about the homes suggest a premium" builder. Gino's will nickle and dime you till the end

Gino Home's service is a disaster. They are very unorganized, unresponsive, and unprofessional. Gino Home's also takes so long to respond to emails and when they do, they lose track of previous requests/inquires and force us to reissue the request and wait another few weeks for a follow up. If you do get a home from them, please keep track of the numbers; credits and upgrades, because for some reason, they only keep track of charges and NOT your credits.

On the day we went to pick up our keys, Gino’s required us to sign a document that promises we will not leave any negative reviews. No signature = no house keys. Never trust a builder that does this. Many of their positive reviews are from their own contractors and employees.In my opinion… They are a below average, very expensive builder.

I have built over 5 custom homes with various builders. Gino’s was one of our first homes. There were cosmetic issues, many of which we ended up having to pay out of pocket to fix ourselves… they attempted to blame us for one of them, which is why we didn’t build/buy with them on our next home—integrity was lacking in the aftercare. That said, we had ZERO major issues with our home. Our Gino’s home provided us with a safe, stable and comfortable environment for over 8 years. It is loved by the new owners as well. They don’t have the shiniest or most modern houses, but what was behind the walls was great and well done—and trust me, THAT is the most important piece. I’ve since built with other MB builders (the more expensive/high end ones) and the issues have been monumental. This was my experience with Gino’s, and it was a solid one.

We have been working with Gino's for over nine years now. They deliver great quality and attention-to-detail on every build, and they are honest and fair to deal with. I would trust Frank and his team to build my own house without a doubt!

Unethical company. Moved into our new house earlier this year and, to my dismay, I kept getting all these extra charges throughout the building process. Unacceptable! To future prospective buyers - look for the court cases against Ginos in the courts of King's bench.

Gino’s gets a lot of praise for the quality of their homes. And this has been consistent with our experience. As a truly custom home builder they pay special attention to the foundations of any home: quality, durability, functionality. Yet, with all that they do not sacrifice the style and beauty of the home. They put so much in, and as a homeowner, you get so much more out as a result.Their homes are timely, modern, and well- built. We have been living in our home now a little over a year and throughout the process of moving in, doing additional work to complete our basement development and working with the tradespeople that they hire, the process has been amazing.The highlight of our relationship with Gino’s has been the service from the team, and this is even after a year of moving into our home. All hiccups were quickly resolved, they are respectful of your time, and they want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the home and the work that has been done. They communicate consistently, and the staff is friendly, courteous, and most importantly, competent.We are pleased with our decision to purchase a home from Gino’s and would not hesitate to do so again in the future.

Some inevitable delays from COVID disruptions, but house was exactly as planned. Minor post possession issues attended to promptly. Overall a great experience. Highly recommended!

We bought a spec home from Gino's just over a year ago. The house was, for the most part, completed so I cannot speak to the design experience, but we are very pleased with the choices Gino's made.We have found Gino's to be very professional and responsive to customers needs and inquiries.Our house has had no issues beyond standard ones associated with a new build. We notified Gino's of a few things (i.e. a loose transition piece, a cabinet trim piece that came off and a few other small things) and they were prompt to reply and put in work orders to address the issues without question.Overall, a positive experience and we are happy with our home.
