This was my first mattress purchase on my own and Sam was very helpful throughout the entire process. My entire family had purchased their mattresses with Sam so I knew I was in good hands but I was not ready for the amount of knowledge and options that was about to come. My husband and I walked into the store not knowing much about mattresses. Sam walked us through all the options and the different combinations of paddings, and types of beds we could pick from. He explained all the different types of beds he makes as well as the different support options. The store had several options for us to try out as well as others that he explained about. Sam not only walked us through the options but also through the building process and the different types of springs available. We weren’t sure the type of softness we wanted and so Sam explained the pros and cons of each. He also remembered each option my family had chosen to help me remember the feeling of each of their mattresses to make a better decision. Once we decided, the mattress was ready within such a quick turn around time. He called to let us know it was ready a week before the original date! Our condo had a very strict service elevator window but Sam was able to work with us to have it delivered! We’ve been sleeping on it the last couple days and I can already feel my back thanking me!

My family has been getting mattresses from Diamond Bedding for years and we decide to comeback here to pick up a double super foam mattress. The quality of the product is great and Sam made the whole buying experience a good one. Also the delivery was quick which is always nice.

10/10 recommend getting your bedding from here!First, we got a firm mattress for my grandma as she had back problems with her old one. She's been enjoying the new mattress for a couple weeks now and it helps her back so much. My parents brought me to get another mattress for myself.I have to say the customer service is SO good. The owner took into account of the issues we had while sleeping in our previous bedding. He recommended a nice queen size mattress for me and I had the best sleep ever last night!He did a very quick delivery; I got my mattress within days and it was custom-made too! He even brought over a small circular feet rester for my grandma. Thank you so much!! I will always recommend this place to my friends and family. After 10 years I wanted a quality mattress that would stop giving me back pain. My friend recommended Diamond Bedding. I really like that Sam explained everything to me which you don’t get in the big box stores. I was also surprised that he custom made the mattress just fit for me and also came all the way downtown to deliver in a condo, which is not easy. If any friends need a good quality mattress I will be sure to recommend they go to Sam. Thank you again! I love my new mattress :D

I have been shopping at Diamond bedding for years. Sam has helped me choose a number of mattresses for our home and cottage. Sam has also custom cut foam to rejuvenate the cushions of our living room chairs. Great place. Good service. Good value. Nice products.

I’m moving out and I already knew the only place I could buy the best mattress from is Diamond Bedding. My family has been coming here for 30 years and we’ve never been let down and always shown options and been given informative demos on the layers in the mattress. They make the best custom bedding and Sam is incredible to work with!Don’t get me wrong, they also carry the name brands like Serta and Beautyrest, but going into the back you see the art of it all and their custom line.
