Arko Exteriors

We called Arko Exteriors after having house damage which required replacement of 2 garage doors and all of our siding. We initially worked with Paul and then with Wyatt. Despite being told by other companies that it would take months to even get an estimate, Arko came out almost immediately, gave us an estimate, worked closely with our insurance company and started the job within a few weeks. I can't tell you how pleased I am with their work. It is PERFECT. We had a couple concerns along the way but they were addressed and fixed immediately. It took a few weeks to get the garage doors but that is normal these days because of the supply chain. They came sooner than I expected and were installed by Aker Garage Doors and were PERFECT. I couldn't be happier. We also had the shutters and front door painted. Looks GREAT. Shout out to Larry. Wyatt was my last Contact person and he made sure the final product was complete and met my expectations. One more shout out to Katie, who answers the phone and probably does a million other things. Every time I called she updated me and made sure someone contacted me. She worked with me and my insurance company making sure everything was finalized. She was always cheerful and helpful.We would use Arko again for sure. Couldn't be more pleased.

Our house had a major hail claim from the spring of 2022. Nic was the project manager from Arko who worked with us on the repairs. I’ve been through this process before and I have learned that when selecting a contractor it’s just as important to choose one who is experienced working with your insurance company as it is the quality of work. Arko came with good reviews on both. Nic was well versed in dealing with the red tape and bureaucracy of my insurance company and helped get us approved for full repairs. The quality of work was also outstanding and Nic was very good keeping the line of communications open. I highly recommend Arko for your repairs.

Had roof repaired by Arko and Chris K. They were very professional and it was easy to get in contact with Chris anytime I had a question or when I wanted to change my choice of shingle. My neighbors have commented on how nice the new roof looks. I'm pleased with their work.

FANTASTIC all around! We worked with Chris Chicoine to have our roof replaced. He was on top of it! Professional, very attentive, thorough in explaining each step of the process and making sure we understood everything and then followed up with us all throughout the process as well! He couldn't have made it any easier to work with him and Arko! We left to go out of town the afternoon the roof was being replaced; we came home 2 days later to a new roof and all remnants/debris was cleaned up so well you would have never known they were there! Thank you Arko and Chris for such tremendous work!

We contracted with Arko to update sidings and windows. It took several months for the windows to be arrive. Understandable given the shortage in production from pandemic, however the estimated timeframe we were given was delayed multiple times which was frustrating. Once their work started, it turned out that one of the windows was completely wrong size so they had to reorder it. Communication with Project Manager was challenging. Sometimes took over a week and second text or call to get hold of him. Project Manager was rarely on site to oversee the work. I'm guessing they subcontract out their work. The work they did to replace the windows and back garage door was poor quality as you can see in the pictures. They would 'resend' the same workers to 'correct' the issues but after 2 attempts to fix the poor quality of work, it's not worth the hassle to keep having them come out. For sidings work- they did an okay job but in hindsight I see Arko is overpriced for sidings. Just want to give an accurate review so others can avoid the headache we went through.

Let me just say that this by far has been the best experience with any roofing company that I have ever dealt with and there has been many. Luke and Nick took their time out of their busy schedules and came to my home after my roof was replaced and a new storm came through just to make sure all was ok and nothing needed to be fixed. What service, what care, what a company they run !! I am thrilled with the service and would recommend them to anyone! If you have any doubts on who you should go with for work on your roof, stop right there and know you're in great hands with the Arko team. I couldn't be more pleased and am very grateful for the professionalism, the trust and the service that they gave. They have an amazing work force both in and out of the office, thank you again!!

Arko came out inspected and replaced our roof. Luke and Nic Rundle helped my wife and I through the process and made it easy without the stress. They were knowledgeable , patient and answered all questions to the fullest.
