The product was positioned to be very good quality but once its deliver within two day its started giving me hard time. I bought one king size bed and sofa. And both of them is worthless. I had called to the store within two days of purchase to inform if we can exchange and get it fixed or returned if not fixed as it we have been told it has 30 days return policy at the time of buying the product. The store denied and ignored my request even after reaching couple of time. I paid assemble fee as well for both the product. At the end they stop picking up my call and ignored the request. I had to keep both the product as i cant do much and tired of chasing. Every time I use my sofa cum bed it get closed automatically which hurted someone as well.It was really scary. So we stoped expanding the sofa to bed and using just to sit(not to get harm again). Unfortunately, I have to write to beware of before buying. Please buy the product very cautiously.

Excellent customer service from Ed who helped me select the perfect sofa for my small space. My new sofa is gorgeous and is such good quality for a reasonable price. Delivery was quick and they even took away my old sofa for a fee that was far less than the junk removal services offer. I highly recommend purchasing your furniture here while also supporting this local small business!

Furniture is fine but the instructions are very bad and you’ll most likely be missing parts on orders. Got a bed with no way to attach the headboard. Got a sofa with arms that are trying to be too clever. They don’t slot in. Put away 2h per piece of furniture you buy for assembly and the wet wood used make screwing things in difficult. I was I paid more and had less of a headache. Also forgot boxes twice so the delivery was actually 3 visits

I’ve bought a sofa from this store earlier this year. After only 5 months, the seam on the chaise broke. After a couple of months of back and forth, the store has sent a repair man. The repair has ruined the sofa and on the top of that, it broke after a few days. The store has been ignoring my emails, phone calls and even a visit so now I have a sofa I can’t use without further damaging it. I’ve never had a worse experience with a customer service.

I just bought the Avery sofa bed from this store and I love it and I love their customer service. I did not know I had to set up my own sofa bed once it was delivered to my studio. So I called the store and asked if they could set it up for me and within one hour the delivery guys were back at my studio setting it up. Thank you for being so kind Urban Decor.

Unprofessional, disgusting, they sale garbage here at high price, extemely poor quality products, and the place itself is full of bad smell, Avoid this shop or you will regret shopping in this trap. I bought a bed frame with draws and they have been completely badly fixed and falling apart. I do highly not recommend this business at all. Please be advise. Unfortunetly there is no under zero staro i could have given minus 10 stars to this business.
