Comparable prices to elsewhere, but these guys were super timely and considerate in getting my computer fixed and back to me. Very happy with my service!

Took a few weeks to figure out everything that was wrong with my computer. Spilt 1 tbsp of water through the trackpad and everything went haywire. Through the whole process iService was very courteous and responded to my questions amazingly. They really went the extra mile to get my computer back in working shape.

My son and I both bought MacBooks last September. Mine is running well, but my son's machine developed two issues outside of the warranty period. Jordan was excellent to deal with in taking care of these issues, and more than fair in helping my son out. I would highly recommend this company for honest, reliable and caring service, and I would definitely use iService again!

I had occasion to drop into this business. The customer service was fantastic - the gentleman asked if I could wait and he would see what he could do to repair my apple product. Fast, efficient and great value ! Highly, recommend this business.

Adam was very helpful and friendly! took in my phone with a broken screen that wouldn’t turn on, ended up getting a new phone anyways, but he did a back up for me, transferred info from my old phone to new phone, and bought my old phone off me. Thank you:)

Brought in a macbook with a cracked screen. They installed a new screen for about 70$ cheaper than the Apple Store would’ve and did it twice as fast. After the repair, my internet and Bluetooth would not work as they were supposed to due to a drop (it was probably me but if it was them it doesn’t really matter as you will see). When I came back in to get that issue fixed the guy there (not sure of his name but he’s tall with brown/ginger beard and hair) was very kind and helpful. The new issues were fixed within 2 hours at no charge. Thanks iService!

Went here to fix my Mac that had a white screen of death. They looked it over and told me it was likely a broken hardrive cable, and explained how I could swap it out myself (since I had an extra at home). Swapped it out and computer is good as new. No charge for the advice either. Thanks! Will definitely be back if I ever have computer or phone troubles.

Jordan and his team are awesome. Friendly, professional, quick and reasonable price. They figured out what was wrong with my Mac Mini, updated the firmware and installed a fresh version of Monterey in about 4 hours. Will def go to them again.
