I've been here a number of times with my family. The food is really good and in fact better than most McDonald's especially in the presentation. However, the service never ceases to disappoint me. The last time I was here it took over 30 minutes to get our food and it's not that the were swamped either. The problem sadly is that the staff is busier talking then they are working. Also, they made 3 mistakes with our order and though they remedied them it just made everything take even longer. All in all of you can go elsewhere, perhaps you should.

Much slower service than other locations. Maybe it was just a bad day but there was no urgency even tho it wasn’t busy. They basically didn’t seem to get to my order putting all drive-thru orders as priority. Also seems to be in a sketchy area with smokers and loiterers just hanging outside in the parking lot.

If you want to get yelled at for asking for extra salsa and be questioned if “syrop d’érable” is a French or English word, be free to visit this McDonald’s. You might have to wait 2 business days before receiving service though

TERRIBLE PLACE!! Laughed in my husband’s face when we went to get a pick up order , would not recommend for anyone with especially with children if u want them to safe and respected

Worst McDonald's in Gatineau, they were not busy, not costumers and not orsers when i arrived to pick up my online order, they made me wait 1 hour to make my food after they refused to make it at the first time and when it was ready paid, they were just joking and playing around after i desired to confront them about if i wll get my food or not,

This McDonald's is 100× better than the ones we have in Ontario. The food is better, they put more toppings on everything, and the service is better. The only downside is that their English isn't very good for being just across the Ontario/Quebec boarder and the menus are entirely in french. If you have no French language skills, I recommend downloading a translate app to navigate the order kiosk. I took off 1 star for atmosphere because although the location is clean and looks taken care of, it's still just a McDonald's. There's nothing wrong with it in particular but it's not 5 stars either.

I was on a road trip and needed a quick breakfast meal then I saw this Mcd. The drive through service was just ok. My bagel was burnt as it must have been in the toaster for too long. It was still ok to eat and I did as I was hungry. I just didn't have time to complain and get a new properly cooked order.If you like my reviews, photos or videos hit le bouton pouce levé

I would give 0 stars if possible. I paid for something then they said that we owed more. Next, we received a poutine WITHOUT gravy or cheese and an English muffin with NO egg. I went to the counter to explain and they said we don't serve breakfast at this time" I explained that I paid for this and that someone should have mentioned it but the woman kept repeating her answer. Eventually she prepared the food (after I asked for a refund) and started talking in French knowing full well that I speak English. She smiled and gave me my food. VERY rude and careless. Extremely disappointed in the food and especially the customer service."

Ordered food at the drive through then paid for drinks and we were directed to the next window to pick up the food. After waiting we were directed to the third window but no one brought the food that we had paid for. We exited the drive through lane and walked back to the second window where the food finally arrived.
