Brooks interview coaching was a wonderful opportunity for me to take advantage of. After twenty years at the same job, my resume and interview skills were out of touch with today’s market. Michelle was professional and prepared. Prior to meeting on the online forum, I had indicated that I was looking for interview practice more then anything else. Knowing this, Michelle made time in our meeting to set up a small mock-interview and to review the quality of my responses following. There is a lot that a person can learn and practice when it comes to interview preparation, and time can be a limiting factor. We met Michelle and immediately partnered with her to help the employees write resumes and coach them on interviewing for their path forward in case they decided not to join us in Saskatoon.
