Customer service has gone downhill since new owners have taken over. I have always gone there for my meat even though it takes me some time to drive from Bath, but this time I stood at meat counter for almost 10 mins waiting to be served, while 3 men stood in the back talking. I put my items back on the shelf and left. My meat will now come from Bobs butcher in Kingston where I received fast friendly service and a beautiful roast

If I could give 6 stars I would. My pork was cut to perfect specifications and packaged very neatly. When a small mistake was made on the packaging of one of my pigs Dave went above and beyond to rectify the mistake and repackage my meat immediately. They also smoke very good bacon and hams.

The best Butcher Shop around! I have never had a bad experience at Quinn’s. All of the staff are so welcoming and friendly to deal with. It is always such a clean and inviting atmosphere. There product and skills are exceptional. Thank you guys for the amazing customer service and product that you have.

If I could give negative stars I would.We have been dedicated customers for years. We live over an hour away, finding butchers for small farms is hard. My Grandfather used to always have his cattle shipped here to have them butchered. Even sold some to the butcher for his shop and for a restaurant in the city. So sad it went completely down hill with the new owners. We took our beef here 2 years ago and the service was terrible, cuts were done wrong the shrink was outrageous. And when we asked where the suet was they said “oh you wanted the suet” we paid for it so of course we want it. Ended up having to short some of our customers meat and even ourselves.Then they also told us that they wanted to focus on bigger customers so they canceled our business but gave us a year to find another butcherThen to add to the negativity they called last spring just before we were going to ship our meat for the last time for them to butcher it they called and canceled us, saying they don’t have enough butchers to process our shipment.So our cattle went to market no beef for us and we fed them all winter for nothing.We have a different butcher now and we have ordered pork from them and we are so much happier, they know the situation and made room for us as soon as possible.Now they are calling and wanting to schedule us in, when they canceled us twice.Such a shame this place has gone down hill, been going here for over 15 years.

We have picked up our lamb and recently pork, butchered here for our local farm . We were happy when a new owner was found. Our last 2 orders have been butchered and packaged well for the freezer. We also picked up honey garlic sausage from the store. It was amazing on the BBQ. No fat flare-ups. Glad to still have this opportunity to buy local.

Unfortunately this place has went downhill. Used to be a great family run business that would always give you top quality.I’ve been going for years. Last 2 meat packs were not the greatest. 15lbs of steak and had 10lbs of Chateaubriand.Called in for another $540 meat pack and asked for 10lbs of hamburger patties and no chicken legs just replace them with whatever is easiest in the package.Unable to do that anymore. Was no issue 6 months ago.My whole family shopped here for the last 6-7years and unfortunately they have lost all of our business

Bought 2 prime rib steaks at cost of $14 and $15. Just had them BBQ’d; hubby, dog and I all agree that they were amazing. So tender and flavourful. Always a good experience at Quinn’s.

The quality of meat is amazing and delious The lemon Dijaun mustard and dill chicken kabobs were fantastic, sausages were very delious too. We will be coming back again for sure. Thank you

I was there twice in April and bought some steak, burger patties and sausage and all were so good. The staff were very friendly. I traveled from Tweed to go here and I will be back when I run out.
