Took my car in for an ICBC claim. Work was done super fast, and looks great. The office staff was friendly and great at keeping me updated through the entire process.

I called in the middle of the day and had no trouble getting an appointment at the time that was most convenient for me so I am very impressed with the hassle-free and professional experience. My vehicle was delivered on time and it was clean! Well done! Highly recommended to others.

Pathetic and disappointing customer service. I was booked in 2 weeks in advance to get a door ding fixed and and my windshield replaced, I was quoted for 3 days of work and told it will be a $200 deductible. I dropped the car off and didn't hear a word from the for a full 7 days, then i decided to call and ask for updates on why its taking so long and they said the cars just at the tint shop getting finished. When i arrived the next day the windshield wasn't even touched, (so i don't know what it was at a tint shop for) and then they tried to charge me a $500 deductible which i obviously asked why and then they made some fake excuse and took it off. a month later and they hadn't tried to contact me about replacing the windshield like they said they would.I would have preferred to have kept the door ding on my car then deal with the headache these people caused. Absolutely would not recommend

Craftsman Collision across from Seven Oaks Mall had incredible costomer service! My vehicle got some minor damage and needed to be fixed. They were able go get me in quickly and had my car back to me in no time looking good as new. They even cleaned the interior! Unfortunately, I got home and realized I had a screw in my tire. I then contacted them to inform them of the issue. They promptly referred me to a local tire shop and said they would pay for it to be patched, even though they could have argued that it happened after I left. Unfortunately, the screw ended up being through the side wall and the entire tire had to be replaced for $550. I then spoke to the manager and explained the situation, fully expecting him to reject my request. However, he signed off on the entire balance to be compensated, even though I had no way to prove the screw came from their shop. Thank you so much for standing by your work and providing such excellent costomer service!

I Have Been A Loyal Customer Of Nicks (And Tasha) For About 3 to 4 times over past 10 years or so. Nothing but praise and kudos for the work and services offered. Last Job I paid to get extra work done, of which I am extremely satisfied. Highly Recommend These Folks!!

The staff here was very helpful with great, friendly customer service. From the estimate with Elaine.....the manager Dylan and the front desk Jackie. I've been here before and will come back in the future. Excellent service and I am very happy. Highly recommend for your vehicle accident repairs.

Outstanding service. I am a busy healthcare professional and mother that had to unexpectedly get some work done on my truck. Craftsman Collision was very professional and provided an ideal experience from the moment I dropped off my vehicle. They had an appropriate rental ready for me based on my needs (suitable for 3 car seats) as well as connected with multiple insurance providers on my behalf. The experienced staff made what would have been a confusing experience appear extremely seamless. The communication was superb and I was even able to get my truck back earlier than expected which is greatly appreciated during the holidays. Nick the manager is excellent. He displayed the competence and skill one would expect from a leader in the industry. The work completed was held to a high standard and the paint job was flawless. Nick also provided the flexibility I needed in order to get to work on time and was willing to accommodate me if I needed to drop off the vehicle later in the evening due to my hectic schedule. Overall, fantastic experience. Hopefully I don't need to go to a collision repair shop again but if I do I will definitely come back.

Went here for an icbc repair. Service desk staff was super rude every time and had no idea of anything when I asked questions. Eventually my vehicle was returned not completely fixed (not their fault, was icbc's call). A part was on back order and they said they'd call me when it was ready. It's been almost a year and every time I call I get the run around.
