Only come to this shop if you enjoy gambling.I've been here twice: once in December and once in April. I have had one of the best haircuts I've ever had and one of the worst I've ever had on each respective visit.Both times I've gone in, had a seat, and been promptly helped. The haircuts were quick and no appointments were needed, so it was fairly hassle free.The first time I was helped by an older man, and he was polite, cordial, and just the right amount of social. He cut my hair exactly how I asked and even put on a few small, but quality touches to make it look better. I was thoroughly impressed.The second time I was helped by a younger man. He seemed polite at a glance, but came off as frustrated. He barely spoke during the entire time I was there. He wrenched my head around constantly during the process without warning, was rather rough with pulling my hair, hit me with his (thankfully guarded) trimmer constantly, and more. In the end, I had to walk out with an entirely different haircut than we agreed on when I sat down because he decided to make changes on his own without asking me once. To his credit, the parts that were actually cut as we agreed on looked nice, but it wasn't nearly enough to make up for the rest of the experience.I won't be coming back here because it's just not worth taking that coin flip of either getting an amazing or a bad haircut when I can reliably get a good to great haircut elsewhere. If you come here and get a good barber, be sure to ask their name and stick with them so you don't have to deal with the risk.

When I asked to sanitize the hair clipper after it was used on another customer, the hair dresser clearly said no and told me that he sanitizes in the morning and that's enough. Then when I told him that he is cutting too deep with the clipper he told me he uses it on kids and even they don't complain. Won't be going there again.

While most barbers (or even customers) focused on speed, Livon was very detailed and careful with his cut. I asked for a side part mid-fade while keeping some length on the sides and crown. He was very communicative whenever he takes length off the hair and took his time with me to get the desired blend and style as requested. All this was done professionally under 30 minutes. I am happy that I found Livon as he will be my go-to barber now.

This is a good place if you want a hair cut. I've had a haircut from almost all the barbers and they all seem experienced. The only issue is that their pricing is very high. I used to get my haircut for 20 dollars before. This one costs 35.

Came in with beyond-shoulder length hair after growing it out for a while, and Isaac helped get me cleaned up with a sweet mid-length haircut (looking like an Asian Bucky Barnes/Winter Soldier). Good vibes and a pro with handling long hair!

I moved to Burnaby from Vancouver and was looking for a new barber. Happy to say this is the place to get a fresh cut.The crew are all friendly, talented, fast and professional. My fave barber is Steven. He does the best fades and has a good eye for detail. I def recommend him! Prices are great too.

Got a mid fade haircut done by Tony at this location, haircut turned out fantastic. Super friendly and detail oriented guy, would 100% recommend him to anyone looking for a fade style haircut.Overall vibe of the barbershop was relaxed and I really enjoyed it.
