Always a great experience. Rachel is amazingly talented and every visit brings my hair back to life. Not only that, I love being in the beautiful environment the Factory Girls have created. I genuinely enjoy spending time with my hairdresser and that makes going so much better!

Not only has she helped tame my out of control hair, but she shapes my eyebrows and can make this mother of 3 look like a movie star. Her recommendations are on point, she always has a good story to share, and she is genuinely caring. 1000% recommend.

Cora has been styling my hair for years.she is extremely knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond to make sure I’m happy. Cora will always take time to teach me on how to use products and style my hair. All of the ladies at the salon create an amazing vibe that is relaxing and fun! They are an extremely environmentally friendly salon which is a huge bonus for me.

Cora was professional, artistic and technically excellent. So great to see in these trying times when some standards have slipped. My first visit was a big change and she pulled it off flawlessly. She also was kind enough to mask. Also loved the wooden floor, neck saving sink setup and easy parking. I definitely recommend.

All of the ladies here know what will work for their clients and the vibe is relaxing and fun! I also like the online booking system.
