After a struggle from the beginning with this company unanswered questions and smoking mirrors, the company does not send a tech their pay and has horrific communication skills with their technicians. Very poorly ran and should not be allowed to have an xplornet contract. Sketchy crooks.

The Installation Group is a complete joke. I waited for them to install my internet for 2 months. I ended up calling a different installation company because I had no idea when they would finally get it done.On top of that, they mistakenly sent me a telescoping pole instead of an actual tower. I never asked for this pole, it was completely their fault but they still charged me a $100 restocking fee and I had to pay freight to return it.All in all, I would avoid dealing with this company at all costs. Unbelievably frustrating.

Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever encountered - Technician did not show up on the appointment date (set by them) - they pushed the appointment throughout the afternoon and into the evening before instructing me the technician wouldn't make it, the call center does not answer their phones and when I got approval from Bell to install the dish myself they would not turn over the equipment. Absolutely ridiculous that Bell has partnered with them.

After struggling with a local contractor in my area, Xplornet gave the work order to this company and had their technician Shane drive all the way from Kingston to come install an internet satellite at my cabin. Shane arrived on time, was extremely professional, and an excellent problem-solver as my roof was a less than ideal surface for such a satellite. I feel he went above and beyond to make sure everything was in order for me, and I was grateful to have such a positive experience after everything I had gone through with my local contractor. Thank you!

This company and its employees are uselessWaited for at home all day for a tech to show up - he called in the morning to say he was 20min away...after waiting all day I called Bell only to say that he said driveway was not plowed so he could do it... no return calls no courtesy and no respectAvoid this company at all costs

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERWORST SERVICE EVER:Took 2 weeks to get an appointment. Then the day of the appointment (Friday) I’m sitting at home all day waiting to get a call saying they’re canceling and rescheduling for the next day (Saturday) wait allllllll Saturday to give them a call and them tell me a tech is finishing at one place then coming to us. 7pm hits and not tech, call on Monday and they say “no clue why someone didn’t come” and say they’ll call me back - no one calls me back! I call them back and they say my new appointment is the 6th of June. 6 days after my first appointment THEY canceled and still no explanation for why the tech didn’t show Saturday. I’ve called them about 15 times today and wasted about 3 hours on the phone to not have my calls returned - I have now been on the phone for 15 minutes and STILL NOTHING they cannot se to get their service in order - if you can avoid use of this company DO IT! This is the SECOND horrible experience I’ve had with them

spent the last 2 weeks trying to contact the jokers at this place. only to be either put on hold or lied to and told that I would receive a call back. We finally hired someone locally who had it fixed in under an hour. you people are a joke.

CANNOT BELIEVE Bell has parterned with them. Have called everyday for the past month to set up install and Doug Baker or whoever is at this location does not answer or call back. Now we are opening our business with no service. BELL SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!!! Still have no resolve and no one at Bell can help either... so sad.
