I am new to Courtenay and Puntledge took my senior Bernese on right away. I am so impressed by the help, and kindness that I have received from the front desk staff, the techs, and the vets. Dr Roberta is great, she takes the time to explain what is going on and why they are suggesting certain things. The front desk staff is quick, efficient, and kind.

I would highly recommend this veterinary office, they are punctual and professional and the staff are very sweet with my dog. Both veterinarians I met with seemed very knowledgeable and both had at least 10 years of experience.

Dr Michelle was really nice and informative. Staff were also pleasant. My pup was really easy going here.

New to the valley and was able to snag a routine appointment for my big guy, Gus. He has a pre existing condition that I was informed they hadn’t really dealt with a whole lot of, but they approached it confidentiality and got some updated blood work and tests done to make sure he was all good. The Vet was kind and thorough and listened to my million questions, and I greatly appreciated feeling heard, and felt that Gus was getting the absolute best care.The techs were incredible with him when drawing his blood. He is a massive animal and can be a bit difficult but they were so patient and gentle. This was the least stressed I’ve ever seen him at a vet appointment.Feel very lucky to have them as our vet team.

The staff is extremely caring and professional. Dr Ken assisted our family in the past four months when our cat was diagnosed with an aggressive cancer. Dr Ken was caring, professional and extremely compassionate. They have exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended.

Dr. Ken Seaman and his caring staff have looked after our cats Ace and Romeo since the fall of 2004. Although Romeo crossed the rainbow bridge 4 years ago Ken and his caring crew were by our sides to help our little companion on his way to a peaceful end to his cancer journey. Our Ace has been Dr. Ken's and the Puntledge clinic's patient for almost 19 years now.We are so thankful for their kindness and care til now and hopefully Ace will visit them for a few more good years.Thanks, Dr. Ken and crew

Puntledge Vet Clinic took in my injured cat right away even though we had never been to the clinic and gave her excellent care. Now they take care of both my cats. Both Dr. Ken and the locum and all the other staff are amazing human beings. Thank you for your professionalism and care!
