Food was absolutely delicious, and the heat level was on par to what I expected. This was the second time I had ordered online from this restaurant, and both times the food delivery was efficient and food came hot. Would highly recommend!

My friend and me came to this Indian restaurant for the first try. When we get in, the whole tasted smell herbs flavour attracting us.We have ordered two simple dishes with spicy taste. The picture shows Naan Bread(Indian baking bread) and curry chicken in spicy level spicy! For us, we could bear those hot level, but I recommend medium or less, little bit spicy will stimulate your tongue to eat more.I love the bread, the texture is soft with garlic flavour and chewing.I have to mention the waitress who served us, she is really nice and explain what kind of herbs or spices for each food.We enjoy those new taste, and I wish more people would like to come and try.

I have been this place many times in past and the food was great but since last couple of years quality and the test of their food is getting worst. I have ordered kadhai paneer yesterday and it was not properly cooked. you can see water separating from the curry. That is unacceptable.

We enjoyed the buffet there. I liked butter chicken. The only reason I wouldn’t give 5 star is the the menus was limited to only some food and there were not much variety of food.

I just left that place few minutes back and writing this review. after entering the lady on the front desk welcomed us. we were 3 people- me and my 2 kids. I was on a phone call while my kids went to wash their hands. In the mean time, a middle aged man gave us a jug (made of steel) of water and box (made of steel) of napkin on the table. My kids came back and pouring water from the jug as they were thirsty. Suddenly that man rushed to us and started scolding my kids to sit as if they were running and breaking everything. They didn’t even take a sip of that water. It was so sudden and so unexpected for me and my kids. Because we were just about 10 mins there and my kids were not doing anything to see such an agressive face. Allah is the most merciful and watching everything. So I didn’t even say anything later. I just don’t want to eat there anything and offered their water price. The lady said water is free so we left the place. I just don’t understand what more he expected and how much decency and politeness he was expecting from the kids of 6 & 8 years. If without doing anything, (not even shouting, running...nothing) my kids couldn’t fulfill his expectations and see his bad face...then no other kids can. I suggest they should hang no kids allowed sign" in front of the store."

I recently visited Spicy Time, and I must say, it was an incredible experience! As a fan of Indian cuisine, I opted for the meal for one, which included Butter Chicken, Naan Bread, chickpeas, and rice. Let me tell you, it was a delightful treat for my taste buds. The Butter Chicken was rich, creamy, and packed with flavors that perfectly complemented the tender chicken pieces. The naan bread was warm, soft, and simply delicious. My only tiny quibble would be that I could have used a bit more of the naan bread. However, considering the affordable price of the meal (only $20 for a full serving), the additional charge of $2.50 to $3.00 for extra naan bread seemed reasonable. The overall quality of the food was outstanding, and I couldn't help but be thoroughly impressed. The authentic flavors and the aromatic spices transported me to the heart of India. It's clear that the chefs at Spicy Time take great pride in their culinary creations.During my visit, the staff informed me about their buffet, which is available on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays starting at around 4:00 PM. I am already looking forward to returning for the buffet, as I can't wait to indulge in more of their incredible Indian dishes. I am more than ready to explore the delicacies of Spicy Time the next time I visit. The ambiance of Spicy Time was cozy and inviting, creating a pleasant atmosphere to enjoy the meal. The restaurant's location is convenient, and the friendly service provided by the staff added to the overall positive experience.Spicy Time offers some of the most awesome Indian food I've ever tasted in Saskatoon. From the delectable Butter Chicken to the delightful naan bread, every bite was a treat. Despite the minor naan bread portion, the value for money is exceptional, making Spicy Time a must-visit for Indian cuisine lovers like me. I highly recommend checking out their buffet as well. I can't wait to return and indulge in more of their delicious offerings!

Delicious Indian food with many options. I’ve been to the restaurant and had food delivered to my place two days in row! The food that was delivered was on the dry side. I’ve tasted lamb biryani, chicken biryani and fried rice chicken and loved all of them. One note that if you are not used to spicy food you can order extra mild version which is not in the menu.
