I've bought 2 Mercedes from Carl and Raymond at Lucky eight. These guys went above and beyond to get the deals done. I was allowed bring both cars to my own mechanic for inspections. As they were both older cars I was expecting some issues, once I gave Carl and Raymond the inspection report they told me exactly what they could take care of as part of the deal and gave me very reasonable pricing on having the other smaller issues fixed. Would highly recommend these guys.

I purchased a car here nearly 1 month ago. My salesperson was Carl, who was super helpful and knowledgeable. He gave me an awesome price on the the classic 1989 Corolla of my dreams. The car is immaculate and runs as as good as it looks. I send out kudos to Carl and the entire dealership, as in addition to Carl, all of the staff I interacted with were great! I just bought my third vehicle from Lucky 8 because they are the best used luxury vehicle dealer in town. John Ling in sales is so knowledgeable and always gets you into the right vehicle. I told him what type of car I was looking for and he patiently waited a couple months until that exact vehicle showed up on the lot. He called me and I went to have a look. He found me a ML 350 with only 35,000km it was like brand new! Then he worked out the best deal and I drove away feeling like I just won the lottery. Thank you John! Bernadette and I are very happy with our new Mercedes.

I found a fantastic deal on Auto traders on a 2014 RAV4. I will be honest; I was apprehensive about going to this dealer since it has had some poor history/reviews online. However, John offered to pay my ferry over to the mainland to look at the car. He even offered to meet me at the ferry to test drive the car. While the place is not your fancy showroom like I experienced at the Toyota dealership here. The staff are all super friendly! The car was there waiting for me and so was John. I was able to take the car for a test drive and it was exactly how John had describe to me over the phone. Mint condition. There was an issue with getting the spare keys but John followed up with me and was able to locate the keys from the previous owner. I liked that he didn't give up- even though, the car was already sold to me - he persisted and managed to produce 2 more sets of keys for the vehicle. I would recommend this dealership. Great price. Great people.

I brought my first car at Lucky 8 !!! YesssI was so excited when my dad told me he was going to buy me a second hand car. Therefore, I did a lot of research online and this Lucky 8 Auto caught my eyes since their cars were attractive in price and quality.I was very picky about my first car, so I went to this store with my dad for five times. The owner and sale associate Mike were very professional. And I could see that they spend time and effort to meet my demand. I compared the prices in several stores, and Lucky 8 Auto offered me the best price. The manager and sales are particularly impressive. They are kind , caring and professional. They offered me a flexible range of date to give my car to them, due to my uncertain schedules, which helped me tremendously with my family plans. I appreciate their attitude of doing business and will definitely go there again when I need to purchase a second-hand car. Highly recommend!

Met with Carl. Very knowledgeable about vehicles. Took me around the lot, gave him my budget and he found the most suitable car to meet my needs. He kindly gave me as much time as I needed to mull over my decision (Took two days) and wasn't pushy at all. As a first time financee Carl & Craig helped guide me through all the steps needed to obtain my car.Craig got me financed when most banks including my own wouldn't. This man knows his stuff. He literally called me back within two hours of our initial meeting telling me that he had an approval for me.Without these two gentlemen I would have no car and no job! Bought an 05 Camry last December. The car is great. Jenny and John have been fantastic. Also Young, the lot man, was very helpful. If you’re going to buy a used car this is a fine dealership to get one from.

Had a great experience here! Nico was great at explaining everything and made sure I knew everything I needed to know about the vehicles I was looking at. He was very patient with me bringing in different people; and when I needed an extra day to talk to my insurance, he made sure that I wouldn't lose out on my car but also that I wasn't chained to it, if my insurance didn't work out.Craig was great as well, he went over all my financing options and warranty options with me, he explained everything in detail and made sure I understood what my options were. He was also very patient when I needed extra time to think things over.I am very pleased with my experience, and will definitely be recommending Lucky 8 Auto as well as Nico and Craig to everyone I know that needs a vehicle!

I have been in this dealership twice.First time they sold me Lexus with issues, waste time and money for fixing. The leakage of the moon window, oil leak from the transmission and door actuators. The car was under the roof, so they partially hid it from heavy rain. I got car in July and did not realize about this till mid of September.They are kind and helpful while buyers are there and till the time you buy and go out with the car.Second time they had clean BMW X5 the year, colour, trim, mileage all good, but again did not mentioned major issue with engine. Luckily they gave 30 days return policy. Right after purchase I went for inspection, the engine require major work that estimated a half price of the car.Most likely, I just got lucky with 2 cars with 3 years time gap between.
