A friend recently gifted me a vape to help me quit my terrible recreational smoking, I've recently picked up.I had no idea of what I was doing or what I should buy. Abby went above and beyond educating me and helping me choose what I needed.Super appreciate the help! Hopefully, I won't be coming in much, because I really want to quit. Lovely girl named Abby was working the closing shift. I thought I was going to have a set of eyes rolled at me since I had walked into the store to get some products at 9:57pm which is 3 minutes before closing but in reality I was greeted with a big smile and friendly conversation. Definitely will be returning! Great experience.

Really great staff, I was helped by the owner for an exchange because someone accidentally gave me the wrong size pods (honest mistake, not upset at all) and he didn’t even charge me the difference. Very good costumer service!!

I bought a vape from here and after only about a month I had put it on charge and not even 10 minutes later the vape was on fire! It could have burnt down my house with my kids and I in it if I hadn’t smelt the smoke in time. We went in to ask the store what they could do about it and the little girl who works there was EXTREMELY rude and dismissive of our situation. I will be taking this higher up. How could you sell vapes that catch on fire and be so rude and not have a care to even try to help.

I went in here looking for a specific flavor. The kid gave me a couple options said the one had more of the one flavor so I bought it. It was not remotely near the flavor I was looking for. It was strawberry kiwi watermelon. No lime at all. Even the descriptions online say there's no lime. And this place sold it to me for almost double any other store is charging.The guy clearly told me they had two lemon lime flavors. He did not say anything about there being other flavors within the juice he gave me. He directly said it was lemon lime. Not strawberry kiwi. I paid 45$ for one vape juice and one drink. Every place I've looked at since charges between 19-27$ for the same fluid . So either the drink was insanely priced. Which even I it was a 10$ drink that eats the juice was 35$ still higher than the other shops I've looked at.

I had purchased a bottle of juice. I went home and opened the bottle to fill my tank, to realise the company that bottled the juice, did not secure the fill needle on the bottle. Needless to say, the juice went everywhere. I contacted the store and the girl working said there was nothing she could do, even know I had taken pictures of the bottle, the lid which still had the fill needle stuck in it and the puddle of juice on my pants and floor. Every bottle of ejuice has a batch number on it and can be traced. What do you mean there's nothing you can do, you are the one who has contact to the supplier and vendor. Do your job. If there is a problem with a package of cigarettes, the company is contacted and they give you a refund, plus compensation. Don't put people behind the counter that know nothing about the industry or makes decisions that are uneducated. I would have sent many friends here, but now I refer everyone some where else
