Went to Tom Harris Cellular to investigate alternate cell plans. Akashdeep Kaur was extremely helpful explaining our options and helped us cut our cell bill in half. She had us setup in no time and we are very pleased with our experience here. Would highly recommend.

The customer service that I received at this location was exemplary. Due to technical issues outside of the scope of the store I was unable to access the network. Brad was deployed a number of possible solutions before resolving the issue. He did this expeditiously knowing that a handful of other technical issues on Koodos end had left me in a time crunch.

Hi have all my services with Telus and everything is perfect, but I went to this branch to look for an adicional cellphone line, and the service was awful, the girl who was on duty, lousy attitude, lousy service, and she served us as if she was doing you a favor! when I go for a service that I am going to pay! I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU GO TO THIS BRANCH

Brad is really helpful with lots of experience. I have problems with porting the previous number and the online technical support told me it takes 24 hrs to solve the problem. Brad had successfully escalated that for me and the problem solved now. Thank you very much Brad.

We were in and out pretty quickly, and I got the phone I wanted. There was only one of the models I wanted in stock, so no color choice, but I'm happy with it. It would probably be a good idea to keep a bit more stock. Overall, service was knowledgeable and quick, and I felt we were well informed about our options.
